Title: Bitcoin makes my motherboard beep. Post by: jimbobway on July 12, 2010, 07:28:41 AM At ran bitcoin, took a shower, came back, and my motherboard starts beeping. I exit bitcoin and it stops beeping. I run bitcoin again and the beeping continues! Weird!!!

I had to dust out the heat sink and throttle back the number of processors in the options. The temp is now in check. Too bad I can't run it at 100% without buying a better cooling system.
