Title: Small problem Post by: Stupidpal on July 13, 2011, 06:59:51 AM Okay I may have done something stupid. I had the bitcoin client installed in Mac OS X but I mined bitcoins using Windows with bootcamp. So I thought I might as well shift my client to Windows. Now instead of copying the wallet.dat file like I should have I transferred the coins to the windows client from the Mac one. But now they can't be online at the same time and so my transaction isn't going through. Is there some way to solve this? ???

No I don't mine with the client, I mine with poclbm. I just wanted to have the client in Windows so I could manage transactions while mining.

put the mac back online, and wait for comfirmations. the bitcoin client will rebroadcast unconfirmed transactions every 30min. when it haves at least 1 comfirmation. put the windows computer online, and wait for it to downloading the blocks. just wait, you will be fine.
