Title: bitcoinproducts4sale.com Post by: mizike29 on July 13, 2011, 02:19:27 PM Ok so I just started this website, its just in test format now, going to work on it the rest of this week, but the point of it, was to help sell products and services for bitcoins. So anyone that would want to be listed on the site as selling items or services for bitcoin can be listed on the site, going to have a MTGOX TICKER to show price of a bitcoin, a rummage area to sell odds and ends, a chat and a forum type set up on the website. I think this will work out, try to gather all locations and web pages, and users that sell items for bitcoin in one location. Any thoughts ideas, suggestions, help would be awesome as this is my first web page. I did manage to get a rough copy up, I am using hostgator and sitebuilder, will have ecommerce so can pay, have a shopping cart etc. And if you want your website or products listed, email me and we can work it out.

Here are the 3 most obvious items, I don't have time to list everything else: Get rid of the counter Get rid of the background highlighting on the text... it's horrible. Get rid of the two header images or at least make them match each other in size and location. Not even going to try to read what it says there hurts my eyes. Try different color theme.

What Header Images to get rid of??? Not the bitcoins right? What else am I going to put up there? Yeah let me see if I can remove the damn counter lol Thanks for all the advice, definitely want more help, more advice and want to get this running. Your site needs some clearing-up and a general redesign. Try taking some hints from sites with simpler, clearer designs. Yeah if you were talking the two bitcoin pics I saw that later, was kinda overlookiing how cut and paste they looked. If I could write my own page it would be better, using templates is making it easier but limited.

The text-background-color highlighting looks terrible. Almost as terrible as the two mis-matched bitcoin images (one seems to be a background image that floats right, the other seems to be an inline image that sticks to your title).
