witch one of BTC ETH NEO LTC or IOTA will the king of crypto? please describe with reason.

IOTA and NEO seem that have more future in the long term. For example, the case of NEO is usually called the Chinese Ethereum, because it can use smart contracts as well. It has an important difference and if that you can develop contracts with known languages as java, c++, etc and that's an important point when want a create a new project that uses a blockchain with smart contracts.

In the long term , NEO coin will raise sharply with support of China government.

BTC is the best and has been and will be. because it is constantly being improved instead of just being there and doing nothing. and also because it is the only cryptocurrency that has real adoption by merchants. none of the altcoins come remotely close to minimal merchant adoption to have anything to say.

ETH is a centralized pump coin with lots of bugs, lots of problems and a lot of pumpers (banks will deep pockets). it can rise up but it will always remain a shitcoin.

LTC is a exact copy of bitcoin and copy is never as good as the original but there are good developers over there who are active and working on it so it will rise in price.

NEO is a decent project but i haven't had much time to get deeper into it to see what are its pros and cons. as far as investment goes it is good. but i have not much information than that.

IOTA is one of the coins based on DAG, these coins will have a good future in my opinion because of the technology of them. they could potentially get as big as bitcoin but with Lightning network in play right now, they have no chance.

I think, Neo is not bad because the future of economy is in china's hands

I think MIOTA and neo will form the future of cryto but Neo has not realable wallet. their desktop wallet is not work fine

to be a king, you has to have a strong connection to the people, a invulnerable mindset system which is decentralized in a world of crypto and of course a power to sustain any situation, which bitcoin has all of these criteria. but recently a strong connection to the people (bitcoin) has change because of the long run dip (correction), otherwise a power to sustain the situation are gone because of the issue of transactions fees and transaction confirmation in the bitcoin blockchain, meaning all the criteria to be a king is gone (cut into half) in bitcoin. for me the leading one is ethereum. all coins mostly bitcoin are down/dropped/marked as red. but ethereum is not. at this current stage ethereum growth more bigger and better in the past 3 weeks. ethereum explode by means of some demand in its smart contract features.

Bitcoin had a wonderful year in 2017. It made cryptocurrencies known accross the world. However bitcoin is getting older and new interesting useful projects are coming out. We can all agree that bitcoin can not be used in real world payments, it is similar to digital gold.

Litecoin is more useful for real time payments. Ethereum and Neo are good platfrom coins, 2018 will be the year for both.

I am not sure about IOTA. It offers a different solution but it has great risk. It can either go to the moon or disappear from the market, I am not interested in it.

Without hesitation answer will go for Bitcoin.
Its so much popular, and check all over/maximum trading/investment project for bitcoin(accepting bitcoin). You can exchange eth,ltc,neo or others currency from bitcoin.
Bitcoin overall/alltime is good, better and best. So anything will be good for bitcoin.

Ethereum will be the most secure and most adopted platform.

It combines the two primarily factors that make a good blockchain

- Digital Currency
- Smart Contracts

Ether is the only coin that sustains its value over the huge dips that are happening right now.

Only good things about to happen to Ethereum.

Bitcoin is always at the top of Crypto currency.The price of Bitcoin may fluctuate due to some factors, always bitcoin will be on the top.

I will go for IOTA with no doubt.

OK, I invested a lot in this project, so my opinion could be biased. But, look the future: in the next decade it is estimated that there will be more than 50 billion devices connected to the Internet and these devices will have to be able to exchange minuscule amounts of money or informations in an immediate and decentralized way.

Precisely for this purpose IOTA was conceived, which however remains also suitable for any other scenario in which there is a need to manage microtransactions.

I'm not telling that other coins or token won't be useful. But I'm sure IOTA could represent a new generation of coin/token, that (of course) with others opposed to "old" cryptocurrencies that were born for different purposes and that are based on complex and heavy Blockchain.

I am saying that even though I have recently been critical about iota, due to its falling in price, that left me very disappointed

I want to answer that all these coins should be kept in your portfolio and now there is still a good opportunity to buy them. If you choose one coin, then I like how the IOTA is developing now, the project is definitely heading in the right direction.

among BTC, ETH, NEO, LTC, IOTA bitcoin is the king of crypto currency.bitcoin is more popular than any other crypto.It has a huge popularity and market value compare to others which makes it the king of crypto currency.

You all are referring at Bitcoin as a king. I do think it was the king. Through the last 12 months btc has been facing many issues, particularly high transaction fees and long waiting times are something that limit its use -  I am not even mentioning forks, segwit, lightning network, etc...

The biggest danger for btc is that there are other currencies waiting for taking the mantle away from Bitcoin. Bitcoin is well entrenched in the cryptocurrency space, and will likely be a leading currency for a good while more as people refer to Bitcoin first before anything else.

But, as the community matures, explores, and demands more, Btc could be in trouble. Changes need to happen, and while Bitcoin will not fall on its sword too soon, if it does not make changes, then the potential for failure will continue to increase.

The whole IOTA reclaim/KYC issue is not doing the project any favors.  People have been waiting months to get there money back and the team seem to be in no hurry to resolve the situation.

The Dev team is arrogant, a few weeks back a senior team member threatened to leave the Discord channel and no longer post any updates unless the IOTA minions attacked someone on twitter that posted an inaccurate article.  Not professional at all.

Each currency has a right to exist. But we see that bitcoin pulls down all cryptocurrencies. We will not see rising prices until the bitcoin will be at the bottom. So I think it's better to bet now bitcoin. It needs to go up first. After the stabilization of the market can be a conscious choice.
