Even though it is an altcoin it is ranked 1000+ on coinmarketcap, meaning that its market cap is extremely small(actually unknown). There is only one exchange that has recently listed it, which means if Bitflip decides to remove it from their exchange then there is no other way of selling these coins. Plus, the project is worthless and does not innovate in any way at least imo. This is not stable collateral as atomicat said, and it's not 120% of loan value.
