I asked for a XRP Withdrawal on 01.02.2018 15:42 In my Transactions history, the status says Paid: https://imgur.com/NjU7vTh But the transaction never apeared: https://imgur.com/1PSYpqU https://imgur.com/BpQbGEh I opened a support ticket 359709 on the same day. Never got any response. Just in case you wonder what is that 24.98 xrp, it was a withdraw test who, actually, worked fine and made me secure about doing the following transfer. The same day exmo went on a big maintenance, so i was not left without hope, but sadly after more than 7 hours of maintenance : NOTHING. I'm not new to crypto, so yes i guarantee you that i entered the good address and destination tag. I always copy/paste, triple check and make sure that everything matches. I tried to find my transaction on xrp explorer but the transaction does not even exist. If you want any other details/proof just ask me for more screenshots or whatever. And if you EXMO are reading this, please solve this problem and give me money back.
