I can confirm that freebitcoins.com payed me several times in the past week. I also can see that I have one more referral. (Seems to be you). But I didn't get any BTCs for my referrals. I don't know how long it takes when the BTCs are shown up in your (and als my account). It depends on which survey you did. I only made positiv experiences with the upper two surveys. The others didn't pay me. And for the upper two surveys I can tell you that it lasts some hours till it will be shown up in your account.
