Nah these came from a care package/christmas gift from the NY jets, my recruiter, who is no where near the NY jets, posted a status saying any recruit out of his station was eligible for it. not too sure how many there are, I can tell you on my base I was the only person to receive one so says the people that work at the mail room. I know they did not get enough people to sign up either because I got 4 small boxes in one big box, and the 4 smaller boxes where identical besides the paper but i only have 2 papers.
