As far as I know, the minimum amount is $50 which can be transacted between two users. Do they change their policy recently? If you can accept BTC then I may be interested and regarding the escrow you have to pay the fee. Go to any online shop and buy something for yourself. :) But if you insist to get crypto (such as eth) then go to an exchange which accepts credit/debit card as payment, such as CEX, Coinbase & Coinmama.
