there are so many ico  available today, but you should research them before investing there, I just suggest you to research projects that have the concept of banking, exchange or utility tokens. because the average of this kind of project will be successful and the sale of its token does not require a long time.

There is no best ICO to invest because ICO investments are too risky and there is no guarantee that we can get the ICO price or more of that token when it is listed into exchanges.You have to research about the project before investing and read the whirepaper and research abut the development to avoid the scam ICOs.And most important only invest the amount which is affordable for you to lose.

Less Significant:
- Reviews/Ratings/Videos: In my opinion, anyone can come up with a good PR plan by spending $5000-$10,000 in the industry right now. I dont assign much weight-age to it since such impact can be bought out now.

For me the ICO in 2018 is Cryptics. This is the forecasting platform which does use 100% self-learning AI. They have already had a good MVP. Their AI does analyze the market of crypto currency and make daily, hourly and four-hourly forecasts for the different matches of cryptos, some exchanges and for the market. There will also be opportunity to trade and make investments. In September they are going to launch a trading bot on the platform. I believe that this project will be successful.
