No coins on wallet, no TXID in Blockchain, what's going on with your stock exchange? you should submit support ticket and wait, a month ago I had a similar case, withdrawing ripple, blockchain not found such txid, after few day txid was changed coins arrived. And then the txid actually turns legit in a few hours/days time when it actually gets broadcasted to the blockchain. Perhaps they have generated the transaction but haven't broadcasted it, that's all.
But still, I don't think that it's acceptable they're doing this. They're probably scaring a lot of newbies and based on their track record, they probably have the right to be worried to be honest. @OP, nothing we can do to help you here. Your only chance of getting your money back is to contact the poloniex support, tell them in full what happened and urge them to process your withdrawal ASAP. No guarantees when they'll actually do it, though. I have had this happen with other coins before on poloniex, and it was eventually fixed. It was not with DGB though, and I do not know the specifics of that chain.
