This is not the fan or my hard drive I stop the fan on the card so it is not the fan and it only does it when ran under stress is this like a screaming capacitor or something? Yeah they can squeel under load, its weird but its usually harmless. Fixed your link Edit: try something like furmark and you'll hear it. I'm used to seeing errors in ram which show up as colored dots on the screen. Plus your temps look good.
