Title: How to run a signature campaign?
Post by: jasonphilips on February 12, 2018, 12:20:29 PM
I am on the verge of launching my ICO and want to buy a bitcointalk Hero Member account.
Is there any place where these accounts are sold?

Also I want to run a signature campaign. Kindly someone explain to me what a signature campaign is and how to run it?

I don't see the need to buy a hero account. You just need to hire a professional Manager to manage your company. You can write PM for example yahoo62278. This is one of the best managers on the forum.

The Hero account is for some other use.
What are the prerequisites for running the campaign?

What are the prerequisites for running the campaign?

Understand that if it is identified that you are using a bought account it will get tagged with negative trust as you are pretending to be someone you are not.

The prerequisites for running the campaign are reading and obeying all of the rules of the forum. They can be found in stickies at the top of this board (Meta) and local rules on the boards they apply to. Particularly do not incentivise posting in the ICO ANN thread or you will get banned.

Actually, he could run a small signature campaign on his own. All he'd have to do is hire someone to run the escrow for him and release the payments and someone to make him a signature. There's nothing difficult in starting a campaign thread. Anybody could do it, especially that most campaigns just copy the rules from each other.

OP, like others have already told you, don't buy an account. You don't need to be a senior or a hero to run a campaign and promote your business. It's much better if you are honest from the start and open about who you are and what your goal is.

Can you give us some minimal hint about the purpose of buying a hero account?
After reading Op, I thought you will use the hero account to post ann and to get some attention maybe (though it is totally unnecessary and also it is a wrong thing to do).
But after reading this quoted post, I'm much certain that you will do some shady thing. If not, why you just need a high-rank account? Any explanation can help you from getting negged.

You do not need to buy an account to run a signature campaign, if you do not already know how to manage your campaign, there are already many great managers in this forum who can help you. # it is not recommended to buy an account in this forum, even if it is allowed.

Do that and I'll be the first one to Flag your ICO as a 'future scam-stay away'.Why in the hell would you want a Hero Member to run an ICO ? You can buy copper member status if posting images is an issue. If you think posting an ANN with a hero member is going to make your ICO any credible, you're wrong.

Also I want to run a signature campaign. Kindly someone explain to me what a signature campaign is and how to run it?
-Not going to do into details (because I'm sure merit beggars have ample of time on their hands to write essays).
-Basically,you pay members to advertise your company in their signature space provided by the forum. The more the users post in the different sections of the forum, you're more likely to get advertised around.
-The conversation rates however are not insanely Great if you're expecting them.Signature campaigns are more like spreading a word in the community.

You need to manage it well and know how to promote  an ICO project. And also your obligation to pay all your members and learn to be succesful on your campaign. There are some managers who are very responsible in their signature and made a successful campaign you can ask them some tips to be like them.

It is usually done in order to abuse trust (thread started by a hero member looks more reputable then if it's started by a newbie) of forum users and bounty hunters. At least that's how it will look like, especially if it will be an altcoin payed campaign and there will be no escrow. It is a straight way to get tagged.
P.S. I have just looked through OP's post history and it doesn't look pretty good.

As it has been said before buying a hero account is going to give the opposite effect to your ico and it is going to make users around the forum suspicious of your ico and you will get a red tag, second you seem to be completely clueless about how to run a signature campaign so make yourself a favor and hire an experienced manager for the job so your campaign is successful.

If buying an account to run an ICO will be expose the whole project will be ruined since many people will be turned off and put a shady statement on that particular project that's why its better to run the project nicely and those companies who want to run it will became more transparent on everything so that future compromisation will not happen on them.

If you want to launch your own ICO, maybe you can hire a professional Bounty Agencies, like AMAZIX, or BOUNTYHIVE (https://bountyhive.io/)
But no idea how much will be charged to you.

I suggest you to forgot buying new account or higher accounts like they said they will not trusting you or flag by DT

A hero member account is not needed for you to run your signature campaign here in this forum. The thing is, you need to have first signatures that have codes that has the necessities for your campaign. For example, the link for your facebook account and everything. A signature campaign helps you advertise your ICO in this forum.

Let him hire a manager there are best managers in the forum that he can hire and buying an account is really prohibited here because DTs will tag him if they found out that it is a sold account. Most newbies here are hiring manager here to advertise their ICO through signature campaign and let someone escrow your funds to the trusted members here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2439910.0).

If you don't know yet what is signature campaign is, then how will you manage your own signature campaign? If i were you, i'll read and understand first of all the rules in this forum and gain more learnings about on how to run a signature campaign smoothly and perfectly. But if you don't have an enough time to study all the things that you need to know, then you can hire a reputable campaign manager that will manage well of your project.

don't buy an account, this forums allows that but it is unethical to do. If you launch your ICO better to hire a campaign manager rather than doing both, focus on the project and let alone the bounty manager do his task so that both activities will be done very well after your ICO.

Hire a campaign manager who will run your signature campaign for you.

The manager will handle the campaign and you can work on your project.

As you can see people have already suggested you NOT to do this. And if you go through with it anyway, there'll be negative consequences for your accounts and your ICO. Trust me we have good detectives here.
Instead, spend some money and hire a campaign manager, like myself.
You can use this tool : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2948108 to get a tentative idea of what it'd cost you to run a campaign for your ICO here.

PS: Do not make the wrong assumption here. I do not provide such shilling services.

Buying a hero account for a campaign makes a lot of sense, big payouts become interesting.
but forget if the knowledge we have is still a newbie. the risk of your account being banned or getting a red trust.

If you want to launch your ICO you don't need to buy higher rank account, because you all you need is to hired trusted manager. Also you can open your own signature campaign but make sure that trusted person our holding your fund. Therefore try to consult some DT members to give you some advise regarding launching ICO and signature campaign.

I don't see the need to buy a hero account. You just need to hire a professional Manager to manage your company. You can write PM for example yahoo62278. This is one of the best managers on the forum.
I highly recommend Yahoo62278, but there's a lot of managers are launching signature campaign so its depend to the owner of ICO if who's manager or trusted person they select.

banned to buy someone else's account, if you are proven to do that then you will get a negative trust, if you want to join the campaign signature
you must have a minimum member account rank ..
if not you can't not follow bounty signature, and if you want to run ICO you should find a trusted manager, for example needmoney, woshib, yahoo6227, reliable manager ..
99% of the projects they manage succeed .. I've proved it, not just nonsense

Very interesting logic you present here...

I had not previously drawn the connection between purchased accounts and signature campaign managers. (I do know in the past, what were very clearly purchased accounts were used to manage signature campaigns of various projects, likely run by those behind the project, some successful, some less successful, and some shady)

It is not banned it is not encouraged in our forum so it makes us untrustworthy person and the default trust member will give us the negative trust which means highly not trust worthy person to trade. But you don't need a hero member account to run campaign you can still announce with the newbie account and escrow the funds for the campaign then there is no more worries.
Or you can hire a professional managers like Yahoo or you can try ALU services they offers everything you need to run a signature campaign.

I know right now the name of at least one campaign manager that uses bought accounts for shilling. This isn't something that's widely spoken about but its done frequently. Just take a look at the date range of these accounts that were created.
People should spend money to hire competent managers that can devise ways to organically grow the footfall or at least try paid advertising / retargeting. Which is where I am trying to set myself apart. (and a few others)

PS: You know I hate you. But good to see you're still active here. Good to see some old faces around.
