Bitcoin price now i think maintained at the price range of 8k to 9k USD.
It is having a chance that bitcoin will raising up again?
What is the main reason on this?

There are many prediction on this but i wont believed on what they say.

I cannot prove this statement, but the last time the price averaged out at between $9000 and $10,000, people were saying that the price were being manipulated to give people invested in Bitcoin Futures, maximum gain on their investments. I was just wondering at what price most of these Bitcoin futures were pegged at this time?

Since these Wall street guys entered, the Bitcoin price floated around $8000 to $9000. Coincidence? 

I think the bitcoin price is quite stable, meaning that the fluctuations return to normal. but still below. and I see, there is still hope to get up and high to the $ 20,000 point.

we must be patient and survive with the conditions of today. holding and not going is the solution.

It dipped to about $6,400 prior to the US senate hearing on bitcoin because people were scared the Americans would ban it (all that was coming out from the rest of the world was that bitcoin was dangerous and needed to be banned).

The US hearings were a pleasant surprise, the people giving testimony had taken trouble to learn about bitcoin and they were anxious not to "stomp" on the new techology before it was developed. Bitcoin surged above $8000 in a relief rally.

But - in order to break above $9000, we need some new good news.

The price is growing for about 10%, then it corrects itself for 5%  and that happens for another time (the numbers a quite inaccurate). I think it happens because people are starting to buy their BTC back because they think that we already hit the bottom and will have only growth in future.
Bitcoin futures are traded in dollars and they are traded for way longer terms. Such changes shouldn't have affect on them.

I think the price is stable now because there is no more FUD.
If there is a new FUD, then the price of bitcoin will fall further, and if there is no bad news, the price of bitcoin will rise slowly.

Yes it is stable because the weak hands have been shaken out, now that we have recovered from the bottom the price will steadily climb back to new highs. It will be a volatile year going forward however.

usually after a series of wild swings, there is a stability period like this with much less volatility. and most of the times that stability period with a high volume indicates an accumulation phase with everyone buying more and more (the small constant rise from $8100 to $8700 is a good sign too).
i don't want to predict any rallies, at least not until price reaches $9500+

by the that is one of the reasons we are seeing more altcoin pumps these days because bitcoin price is stable again.

I think its quite normal for bitcoin to stabilize the price in $8-$9k area, still not confirming the uptrend yet but bitcoin slowly gaining strength. Since the fud has slowly faded from the mass selling a few weeks ago, i think this is a good news for bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. As for bitcoin, this is an average price last november before bursting upward which seems a bit impossible to see in the meantime  ;D

crypto currencies market has continued to demonstrate to a sign of short term recovery, for the first time Bitcoin surpassed the 9000 usd mark since february 10 but shall we say it quite not stable because it's premature to conclude in short period of time, I think the good news about bitcoin is the one reason why it boosting right now, no more FUD

yes, i prefer with normal bitcoin growth like today, bitcoin slowly goes up but surely. and will not come down quickly again.

I do not like the abnormal increase as in the year 2017 yesterday. so I see bitcoin after this correction is going to grow and develop well.

In the current issues about banning of bitcoin in other countries, maybe it will too long before it will be adopt globally. It seems like 2018 is a young age for crypto and it takes time before other countries will consider cryptocurrency as part of their economy. Time will come, they will adopt to the trend but as of now, it is impossible to happen.

I think you can learn a graph, or you can see from year to year notes about bitcoin. you should do the analysis if you want to trust bitcoin. so you do not know from stories or predictions of others.

The price of bitcoin has really stabilized recently and is for a long time between 8000 and 9000 dollars. Bitcoin value is never stable according to me. You should be stable and have patience if you are a bitcoin holder.

Yes the bitcoin prices are now quite stable in the present time. The prices some time low and sometime rise in the market but it is not a panic for those who have some skills and abilities bitcoin prices are now stable and i think that the prices will rise at a steady pace in the present time period i would like to be in the crypto and i want to earn some more crypto for the future need.

I used to check coin's price I am hodling couple of times per day and btc is one of them, It's alreafy 3 days in a row since btc price looks quite stable and slowly rising  again. If this is sign of coming surge again, I still don't know because lots of people are saying that the chinese new year would bring blood market again so I am still waiting, anyways just few days to go and hope after that is continues green will come

I think because of world stock market are also slowly increasing, the virtual cryptocurrency are also increasing thieir price the investor's starting again to invest in the digital crypto's and the crisis in crypto end.
The prediction for bitcoin reach 20k usd are possible to hit in the middle of this year onwards i think rise upto 30k usd before end of this year.

We can't say it is stabilized when it is just maintaining its price for less than a week at $8k-$9K,and still there is a huge price difference of $1000.Still no one can answer this type of question like will bitcoin rise now?Because no one really knows when it will.So it is better to hold for the long term and expect fot the price will bump at the back end of this year.
The main reason for the price fall is due to the regulations from many governments so the people are afraid that this situation will happen in their country too so they are selling their coins due to panic.

Yeah, bitcoin have to break $9000, and sustain above them to continue to the uptrend because no big players willing to buy bitcoin below $9000 that's why bitcoin goes up to $9000 and then reject to $8000. If bitcoin rejected 3 to 4 times from $9000 then you should see again fall upto $7000. So just keep an eye on price action and follow the golden rule (only invest money that you can afford). I take this as a good sign.
because price is not only stable. it is also growing and with a higher volume than any stable price time. it can potentially mean a slow and strong rise towards the resistance and breaking it pretty soon. even if it stays in $8XXX price for longer period of time, this can still be a good sign of an accumulation going on. we can not tell what will come next until it breaks out but my money is on a big follow up rise.

As for me I practically sure that during this year bitcoin will back it previous high, and try to take the new one)

Well, i also observe this. This is quite unusual to see. I really dont know what will be the possible outcome of this, all i know this is making bitcoin loss its popularity. This range of value is hard to predict or to make a next strategic moves to make for a profit. Hoping this movement in the market is only due to some banning of bitcoin in other big country. We must be aware of the possible start of the new rise of biycoin in the future. Considering the past event happened in bitcoin, this is just maybe normal to see, maybe we can see the results in the end of the year.

After it falls up to $7,000 it is stable to $8,200 to $9,000 so we assume that it never falls again it is ok to be stable in that amount or make it rising again. I think the reason why it is stable some investor was pull out their investment or they are preparing for the big one rising because some of prediction this year was rising up to $40,000 to $50,000 so they are waiting to invest a big amount of money and still holding.

yes, bitcoin price now was quite stable than the couple of weeks before, but it is too low compare to 1st week of January (2018). it fell "down" to $5900 actually not $7000. and not that it is staying above $8000 with little change, that is called being stable for bitcoin. and we are not assuming that it never falls because it is stable. in fact being stable doesn't have much to do with falling or rising after this.

it will rise eventually, but that time will come as soon as the whales were satisfied with their pockets full of bitcoin. if they are not and price rises anyways they will dump it again. but this will probably not last that long.

It's good that there is a price stability now tht ranges from 8000-9000 USD after experiencing the big price dip last month. Usually after being through price dip bitcoin is stabilizing its pricea md and that is a good sign.

What are you are agreeing of the price stability of bitcoin? I know you are worrying about betting all your fortune in bitcoin but that's a different thing when it comes to stability and price of bitcoin. And why would you not advice to hold bitcoin? I can't understand on how you are telling that let's wait for bitcoin to go down and buy some and then you are saying that thing, I'm confuse with what you said.

Let's not get our hopes yet because although bitcoin is steady around the price range $8k-$9k we still can't tell yet if it will go up or dip down back again. We will just have to wait for some news, whether it is positive or negative news; that's when we will know where the price of bitcoin is going. And most of the altcoins follow its trail lately.

What could have stop the price shooting up again,if we are not forgetting something we all know that it is an unstable currency and if we are expecting the currency not to drop than we are making a very big mistake.Expect a dip and a raise when it comes to bitcoin and if you are  expecting it not to drop again than you will be disappointed.

The prediction is just a speculation from a person or a bitcoin price observer taken from the prospect's point of view in the future. I think if for long-term investment predictions will be useful to serve as a reference. On a bright side, yes. unlike the previous months and weeks bitcoin has gone a bit stable for now, but the sad news is, its value is still low compared to what it had been last 2017. furthermore, bitcoin had lost a majority of its increases in the first months of 2018. I f you tried to look back the chart of bitcoin price compared last few years expected that this first month of the year the price was going down and bouncing back again at the middle of the year, so let's just wait that moment and hold bitcoin to have a huge profit on it. Well anything is happening for a reason. The current price of Bitcoin is yet to be stable but we could assure further development and improvement as soon as the market stabilize or have a good movement in relate to the trend of Bitcoin. I think it is much more need for Bitcoin to have a good system in transaction for trading and investment rather than a stable price.

I think it's still not stable because it's different from the previous year because the year before the bitcoin price is very high and in the year now the price of bitcoin has dropped dramatically so I think the price is not stable at the moment.

I would say the price is stable right now. It's a little more stable from what we were used to, but it's still quite volatile. Markets tend to enter an equilibrium pattern after a correction, and I think that is what happened to bitcoin. We are now trying to get out of that equilibrium patter with a bull run, and the price is increasing again. I think we will probably get back to $12k, and stay there for a while before we then go to $14k. Once there we will probably stay in an even longer equilibrium pattern, until development or adoption gets done. It will always depend on the news of course, since this is a very unstable and speculative market right now, but in time things will get better.

I do believe stability is a good thing though, but for BTC to reach it's goals, we can't really achieve it right now.

Indeed, bitcoin now become stable at $8000 but I was sad when I saw that its price because I prefer bitcoin to become stable at $20,000. I think the main reason why it goes down because of what happened in China. It occur last year but we only felt the consequence now.

since the first you make this post I do not think about the stable price as you say. many predictions that people give, but all misses. we Go to pieces and again slumped down. this is very surprising, after circulating his recent negative news that came out. it seems we will need a lot of time to improve things, hopefully bitcoin can make over performance for its fore.

Consolidation area, also depends on volume but I'm never sure of the volume as we have so many exchanges and maybe off exchange traffic also.

I think the observation is correct, I'm slightly positive on the action as of late.   Short term we're outside a recent downtrend that came from hitting 200DMA at 9000.   Its definitely a struggle however OBV indicates we are more positive then 10 days ago.   This is an indicator trying to weigh volume and price

If this stability can be maintain for some time, it will help develop it and many online and offline businesses men will accept it as a mode of payment. Bitcoin price stability is really what we need to make things work in the right way.  People are currently using bitcoin as an investment tools and not as a mode of payment.

I don't know if its just me but for me Bitcoin and the word stable will never go together. I got used to Bitcoin moving up and down and not side ways. So if price now is moving sideways, I would prepare for something big as it looks like its like a silent volcano that will erupt anytime. Someone is buying and filling their bags at this price, I don't think they bought because they want to lose money.

Possibly!  This could rise any minute but well, it could also fall anytime soon. It is always better to play safe in bitcoin you can never tell what will happened next!  But im quote possitive that bitcoin is gaining ground even with the backlasses of the negative news about it. Yes but bitcoin's market price looks constantly on a dip for me. Bitcoin's market price is has really fall down since the start of this year and hopefully we'll started to see the start of bull run soon.

The price of bitcoin is impossible to predict because it is influenced by speculative capital. But this is only a temporary phenomenon. It seems to me that bitcoin will never fall below its real level. Even if all speculators leave bitcoin. The closer the price of bitcoin is to reality, the less volatility it will be.

i wish this thread is happening again now,because after reaching $12,000 again after the January dio,it happens again now though more slower than what happens first thing this year..now were closer again to $6000 mark.its more even harder now for no good speculation i have been reading this past weeks

I would have agreed with you a few days ago but now it is looking very shaky.  Once it goes below 8k that is quite a bad sign I think.  We'll have to wait and see what happens over the next few days.  If it's going to crash then a holiday weekend for a lot of the world would be a good time to crash it if it's planned by whales.

Our strong focus for this right now is the commendable aspects that will help us to be uplifted despite the tremendous changes. On the contrary, stability perse is not totally pointed on this subject. Thus, the price move back and forth. However, there is still lots of next time and door for chances to build up the price of bitcoin. Perhaps, now is not the time yet but eventually, everything will normalize.
