Just heard about electroneum partnering with Samsung. Not sure if this is a hype or a legit one.
Would like to hear from anyone who can give some insights about this.

Do you have a source for this?  It's amazing if true, I wonder what use cases they are trying to address by partnering up with one another.

Don't waste your time with that video, in 21 minutes that dude provides as evidence an Electroneum wallet on a Samsung phone.

Where is the source of your information, for me when you mention partnership, that means Samsung to need something to gain from this but I don't see what Samsung tends to gain partnering with Electroneum

I have done some research, and there is no evidence the partnership is valid and trustable. I even can't find any reputable sources, I'm sure it's just a rumor. But I believe if this is really happening, then there is a huge boost for Electroneum, and indirectly for cryptocurrencies scene.

Fake news has always been around, but nowadays anyone can spread information, or disinformation, to a practically unlimited audience in a fraction of a second. It is therefore essential for people to be aware of these risks and be able to assess if it's fake news or real news and what is a troll and what is not.

Do not be happy first, this is just a rumor and do not have to be taken seriously.

But I can not imagine if Electroneum wants to partner with Samsung, where Electroneum is already available in Samsung smartphones and this is a remarkable development for Electroneum. Haha

It's too early to talk about partnership i think, but there are facts, for example:

So this is fake news? I hope this is not a "marketing gimmick" which only aimed to bring the price up.
As far as I know, all cryptocurrencies are very difficult to partnering with big companies. It's because cryptocurrencies are less regulated.

may be some kind of invitation to buy electroneum by spreading false news.

it is always like this. these coins are usually some place where these big companies attended like a technology conference or something like that, and they make that into a "partnership". with that logic them big companies like Microsoft must be a partner of bitcoin because they are actually accepting it as payment :D

in any case who cares, as long as they pump it and i can get a good profit on my bitcoins i am happy.

If they would do it, then it would be huge for Electroneum, would definitely pump the price. Let's see if they would indeed do it.

This reminds me when someone said that Einsteinium (EMC2) was about to reveal their great news about working with Apple.. that was not the case, and EMC2 dropped like a stone!  :'(

I agree if samsung can have agreement with any altcoin.
If this true, it can lead electroneum to go to the moon and crypto in generally.
