Title: Historical Market/Trade Data from Jan 16 2010 to Jul 18 2010?
Post by: Taras on September 14, 2013, 05:39:07 PM
Does ANYONE have any market or trade data from the timespan above?
Any data from Oct 4 2009 or older would also be very nice.
Any raw data from the late bitcoinmarket.com is golden.

If you find it let me know. I also couldn't find data older than October 5th 2009, furthermore, the oldest data appears to be derived from production costs (according to a post by the publisher of this data himself, NewLibertyStandard) as opposed to pre-existing price, which leads me to the conclusion that this probably is the first time a price existed.

Mike Hearn confirmed in an interview at Bitcoin 2013 that indeed during the early times, as I suspected, Bitcoin had no price.

They have the entire history.  Before their records, all trades were p2p.

What about bitcoinmarket.com? Does anyone know where to find their quotes before they were unplugged? I've found no data from the time range yet.
