Some are worth more or less than others, on a daily basis. mtgoxUSD thUSD b7USD btcexUSD list of many other USD's. I'm bitcoin mining with guiminer. In week or so, I should have one or more BTC's, which market/name would I fall under of the USD market listings? mtgoxUSD? Just trying to learn. Thanks. Title: Re: Bitcoin markets question. Hello pekv2, they are all just different exchanges, all the ones you listed deal with the dollar, each has their own fees, payment methods and management structure. So ideally you want to trade with the exchange that offers you the most for your bitcoins whether it be price, payout style or lowest fees. I have used the two biggest ones which are mtgox and tradehill (thUSD) and they were very simple to sell and buy coins I am sure the others are just as good just haven't had a chance to try them. http://bitcoincharts.com/markets/ shows all the exchanges with their current rates at that moment.
