Hi. I am sorry for your trouble and I believe nobody should wait days for a legitimate winning/withdrawal. Almost the same incident have happened not very long ago and was fixed(though not in the best time-frame possible). I would suggest you to PM https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=303298 ; That person is the Community Manager of Fortunejack here in the forum. That account,(hopefully Natalie is still the one using it) have been very helpful before and hopefully will be the same to you.

Your name looks familiar.
Oh wait there was another user named Dice0001 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1520337) who got the same issue with you but get paid after 3 months last January. And now your issue is 4 months old already, seems that the problem started at the same period of time. Coincidentally, your username dude0001 and the other one is Dice0001.
Wondering why there are so many withdrawal issues at Fortunejack, hope your withdrawal will be processed soon like the previous ones.

As the Owner/Admin of the company, can you give a rough ETA by when will your fraud detection team would provide you with the results ? Last case, took around 3 months or so get resolved when fraud detection was involved.
It's annoying to keep customers waiting without giving them an ETA.Pretty sure OP also is interested in knowing the same.

I would like to know if this is common practice for this casino? If anyone wins more than a certain amount, will they need to go through months of verification to withdraw their money? Or, are these just isolated incidences?

- Not the right place to ask the question but since we are on topic I'll answer it anyway
 - Good casinos don't need months to detect fraud. For instance I don't recollect crypto-games.net taking ages to detect fraud if in case a situation like above occurs (although the probability of that happening is zero )
 - Casinos like bitcasino.io,sportsbet.io have involved in accusations where an user has won insanely high amounts they choose to not process the withdrawal and take the case as an attempt to cheat the system thereby holding the withdrawals until 'fraud detection' team gets back to you.
 - You should avoid casinos which take forever to process high value withdrawals as they aren't to be trusted with high value deposits either.

I have to agree to TMAN. Despite the fact that I like FJ and never had problems, seems you make late payments for some users, especially when they withdraw much money. You already have wagering requirement 2x, I thought this would finally kill late payments.
Seems you can't understand what's the problem here. You don't have to make users to open threads against you in order to get payed. OP is waiting for 3 months, if he wouldn't open this thread, would he ever get his withdrawal?

Thank you Fortunejack and David I got the funds.

Told you that this community manager "David", will be as helpful as the other manager "Natalie". Hopefully no other cases of non-payment will pop here anytime soon. I always liked playing with fortunejack although the level of confidence "newer" players maybe lower because of these kind of issue. I've heard that FJ is launching a new "site" or version,(chat support told me so). Is this something that would lessen/avoid non-payment to players?

I always ask, is this issue non-payment complete? I do not hear the continuation of this case ,, it is unfortunate if this is not finished because fortunejack is the oldest gambling site ,, but it would be a disgrace if the problem still continues ..
