Title: Mix and Match Cards? Post by: geckogroove on July 18, 2011, 01:26:54 AM hey all, i have a 5850 currently installed although i have an older nvidia graphics card in my top drawer... can i chuck this in and mine with both cards or do the cards need to be identical?

You cannot however mix and match NVidia and ATi You CAN mix and match cards. I'm doing it right now with a 5870 and a 460. You just can't use the nvida card as a phsyx card for gaming while doing so. |
