You can use etherdelta.com to convert your token to ETH. All you need to do is to import your wallet in ether delta. Before you do it, make sure to keep your private key safe and don't share it to other. Etherdelta may need your private key to import your account to them. That's what I do to convert my token to ETH.

You can do that and trade with IDEX also. Please use metamask as possible as it is safe and easy to use. You only put and store your private keys in metamask and you will not do it in metamask again, less exposure of  your private keys when you trade.

you can trade that where available list exchange your token usually they available at etherdelta or idex but sometimes other exchange and you need some eth available from your wallet where your token store for gas fee for the transfer.

First of all you must buy at least 0.002 Eth from a friend or anyone else because you cannot do the trade from your ERC20 token into Ethereum.
A friend of mine gave me 0.005 so I am be able to trade my Altcoins into Ethereum and Ethereum into other Altcoins.
The most popular Crypto Exchange if you're owning an ERC20 tokens is EthereDelta and that's supposed to be your first Crypto Exchange because you can't send it to any Crypto Exchange without using Etherdelta.
You should earn first 0.002 Ethereum before doing anything else.

You will need to transfer your tokens from your mew wallet to some dex or decentralized exchange like etherdelta or idex, but you need to have atleast .01 ethereum in your mew so you could send your tokens from your mew to the exchange's wallet because every ethereum transfer needs a gas to be spent,if you tokens are already in dex,you can trade them with ethereum pair or bitcoin.

the step should know the token is registered in the market where it is easier to get in Etherdelta  and make a deposit and look for the sales column then select the highest price if it has sold the token changed to ETH if explanation less clear can see video on youtube

Better use forkdelta though, anyway when you finish import your account search what token you want to sell at their list. Make sure have some small ether at your address as a gas fee.

Find out where is your token listed on exchange, after you found out then send them to the exchanger and trade it to ETH. Anyway you need ETH to send your token from MEW.

Most of newbies just saying "etherdelta" which is closed for at least 10 days till now.
@OP use cryptocompare, coinmarketcap etc sources to find proper markets to sell your tokens.

It's very simple, you need to use the exchange, on which will be your token, which you received and will need to be exchanged for ETH, the number of coins will depend on the price of this token at a given time

There are lots of ways for that, you can send that token to exchanges where it is traded, to shapeshift or etherdelta. But you need some eth in your wallet for gas as well.

Aside from Etherdelta and IDEX, you can use Radarrelay to trade ERC20 tokens to ETH but always remember to consult your manager or the developers itself first about what exchanges they're gonna release the said tokens to be tradeable publicly easily or you can wait for their announcements cause there's a lot of exchanges for ERC20 tokens and eth, make it sure your wallet have eth balance as they needed for the transactions of the trade, otherwise it will not work on your end.

If my erc20 tokens gets a value, How can i convert my erc20 token to ETH?

Simple. First you got to have an Exchange platform where your Token is Supported. e.g IOST token is supported and can be traded to Binance.
You have to register to that exchange and get the exact address for IOST that i in the DEPOSIT section of Binance.
Once your IOST transferred to Binance there you can trade it with ETH or BTC if you want.

Words of caution.  Pls. double or triple check the address before transfering you cant withdraw IOST from MEW to ETH address in Binance. its only
IOST -IOST address.

The first thing you need to do is figure out the exchange at which your token is been traded
For example, if you have MAN, it is traded in IDEX, forkdelta, then you decide which exchange
Ensure you are on a secured site

Then import your wallets and make your trade

First you need some gas for you to be able to move your tokens from your mew wallet to some exchanges that supports your tokens. You can go to coinmarketcap and research which exchange supports your tokens for trading,if you have already a good exchange for example IDEX,you need to put your tokens to IDEX's wallet but you need to have a gas in your mew or else your transaction wont proceed, thats very easy.

Find the exchange where tour token is listed and deposit there. Also, you need a small amount of ETH to cover gas fees for transfer.

before you have to check if your token already exists in the exchanger, but usually for new token based ethereum platform is in etherdelta

Since original Etherdelta has problems, I prefer to use Forkdelta or IDEX. But to a great pity - there are no high volumes because these exchanges were created recently.

I remember one time when I was trading in etherdelta used installed metamask in the computer shop that I am playing at the moment then one of my friends called me out to hang out with them,
Then I said yes and turn off the pc then when I went back I couldn't access the account that I made in etherdelta good thing it is only a small amount of money when I was just trying out the site.

Initially yes because tokens that are erc20 based are easily listed in ether delta and if your coin is promising and it gey listed in major exchanges like binance then expect s jump in the price.
Also there's this forkdelta though I still don't use this and it just new in the market expect the low trade volumes or you can also justvtry bittrex and hitbtc so you can convert your coins to eth.

The key part people are forgetting is that etherdelta has been broken for 2 weeks. You need to be using forkdelta instead.
