That $1300 offer is not low ball, it sounds about right. People here and on eBay are not idiot, I bet he will never sell his machine on ebay at $2100. We'll see. Btw he listed the item as "New in box", but it's in fact a months old machine that has been used for mining (supposedly not over clocked). UH... don't quote post somebody on ebay stuff when the person has been ebaying since '98. there are more listings for 800,900,1000+ over the last 3 weeks then the few you picked and chose from completed listings. Plus a couple of the ones you listed are questionable transactions w\ 0 feedback bids and one is from thailand. The point is that $1300 is insulting when you consider that the video cards alone are work several hundred more than $1300 if you can follow that math. It is a bad deal because the 6990 is not a cheap card for mining but they are IN DEMAND for gaming. The cards are worth $1500, the power supply $200 and the rest at least $100. If the CPU, HD and ram were upgraded it could go for some real money as a gaming rig.
Start it at $1800 and it should sell. It MAY go for $2100 but that would be from someone who just is crazy to get those 6990's. |
