It may be possible that these transactions were made by two different individuals. But I think it is more practical and believable to assume that these huge amounts were made by certain companies who have purchased a huge sum in the past. This is more viable to accept since huge companies are more capable of purchasing and handling this kind of amount. Bitcoin -10% now at $10,600 I believe that most whales are actually groups of people working to manipulate the system rather than a single individual (which is still possible if this person had purchased a lot at the very beginning or start of Bitcoin).
