He was found be family members who went to wake him in the morning.

But this person had a heart attack, it is sad and it happens to all people, you can't outrun that.

You don't know thats not true but yeah most probably 99.99% not true. That is terribly unfortunate, did we know what the stance was by this person? I hope the next one is as lenient, if not softer.
