Title: Cryptopia withdrawels
Post by: CazzataMalanga on February 21, 2018, 10:37:09 PM
I'm waiting for 6 hours now and still the transfer of coins to my paper wallet is pending. Is this standard for Cryptopia?
I´ve never waited more than 45 minutes on other exchanges. The uncertainty is driving me nuts.  :-\

thx

As far as the general complaints about Cryptopia withdrawals is concern, 6 hours is still a short period of waiting time. Others even wait for couple or days or closed to weeks before a transfer is made successfully.

As asked above, may we know what coin is that?

I think cryptopia exchange is under maintenance now so dont try to send transaction until the maintenance team announced that is ready to trade again .

It is not necessary to be surprised. In my country banking transactions carry out within days. And if it is international transfer, then sometimes up to 5 days it is necessary to wait.

thats normal exchanges process a lot of transactions and that instances occurs often times. A lot of factors affecting delays of withdrawals, wallet maintenance and clogged networks are basically normal and nothing to worry about.

I think it's not normal with Cryptopia. I'm still using Cryptopia and I never have to wait so long like you although I withdraw any crypto. I often have to wait just about 10 - 15 minutes to complete my withdraw or deposit. I think you should contact to support team of Cryptopia exchange about this problem. Beside you should check wallet status to see if the wallet of crypto you're trying to withdraw is being maintained or not

Never heard of something like this from any exchange, I'd recommend simply going ahead and contacting their support and giving them some time to respond. Given the amount of people who are getting into Crypto now, it's best to just give everyone some time.

Goodluck dude, hope for the best!

I used this exchange, and this is one of the best exchange, although have smaller volume but in this exchange alot of different coins avalaible to trade. And for deposit and withdrawal is always running smothly. Just wait in afew minutes, maybe because overloading of transaction network.

you said other exchanges allow you to withdraw it in 45 minutes.
but right now you are saying they are the only one who sell it (opening the market for this project),which one is true ?
lets talk about the issue,
did you check the network status on cryptopia ? or the project itself.
you should know, lately many project created 2 differents chain because of network issue.that means it has a possibility that your withdrawal went to another chain.
ask it to them(developer team and cryptopia team) about it.
