I dunno if what kind of idiot investor you are. You should read the whitepaper of any ICO before investing any amount to them. Upon seeing mostly of the ICOs they pay their investors sometimes on the end date of the ICO but there are some who will eventually send the tokens after they received the payment. But the reviews I have found on the google search and ICO listing site seems pretty positive one.
