Title: someone, please help me set this god damn thing up. Post by: thegreatgeno on July 19, 2011, 06:47:49 AM I'm trying to use RPC miner CPU, and it's driving me insane. All I see when I launch it is this.

I've searched all over the place and there is no guide on how to set it up. Also, please use laymans terms with me. I'm new to this and i'm not a computer programmer. Maybe you have some other motive for doing this, but if the motive is profit, you are wasting your time.

I agree with Dargo, CPU mining is terrible it could take months / years to make a decent amount of a coins and unless your electricity is free it will cost you money to be mining with the CPU. If you want to get into bitcoin mining get a 5XXX or 6XXXX ATI Card and start with that and see if you enjoy mining. |
