Hey guys, i want to become a bounty manager. so what's the procedure of becoming manager or what's the criteria..?
plz someone assist me regarding this matter..

Here's the criteria:

Offer your services in the Services section and bump multiple times a day for visibility (use alt accounts if you wish). Also pester any ICOs that request such services there. If you find this too time consuming try offering a small payment to others who will spam ICOs about your service for you as soon as they pop up thus making it look like you come highly recommended.
Charge next to nothing to get your foot in the door.
Make unsubstantiated claims about your service such as being very trustworthy or being the best campaign manager.
Once you get a campaign accept an unlimited amounts of users including hacked accounts, farmers, and bots and do absolutely nothing else.
Don't check participants posts at any point during the campaign other than at the end to make sure they've done the minimum amount of shitposts required and then pay them (or don't if you're a scammer).
Profit.

Rinse and repeat.

This is exactly what not to do except the bolded first seven words. You can do that.

The best way to become a bounty manager is to work as an assistant manager to another bounty manager at first and gain experience. There are many managers in this forum who are managing bounties and would want an assistant to help them out - you should try contacting them for such needs.

After that once you have gained enough experience you can try starting your own service with this previous work experience as references and get some clients as well if you worthy enough. ;)

Seriously, try your best to do as per @hilariousetc instructions? Did you even read the whole post? The bold part is indeed a good option but the rest, all I can say is good luck to your account ::)

Anyway, are you ready for that kind of job and responsible enough? I have not experienced it, but seems to be stressful by just seeing the bounty threads, especially because there are lots of bounty participants who didn't care to read and understand the rules.

I Also think first you need to work as a assistant of any good campaign manager.After work as a assistant you will understand all things that done by a campaign manager. Then asked an offer in the service section of this forum.If any team choose you then you will be a manager. And in service section some project team write post about finding manager for their campaign.you will also apply there. But must you need experiance,and you also show the portfolio of your work that helps team to choose you.

It is a lot of work... well, if you actually do the job properly, but many people just see it as an another easy source of income and for some of them it is. Many campaign managers such as sylon don't actually do anything other than pay the people who sign up and make the minimum required amount of shitposts, hence why those campaigns are abused by hacked accounts, bots, farmers and spammers.

The first thing I suggest to you, you must improve the way you speak English. and also I see you can not spell correctly.
You are not at all suitable to be a bounty manager.

Understanding of the processes ICO;
English language level is not below Pre-Intermediate;
