To this day bitcoin remains at a stable price and has not yet shown any upside movement, I am waiting for bitcoin prices to rise again.
Do you think the bitcoin price will reach $ 50,000?

Stable is good too, don't forget that it isn't crashing which is a positive in itself. While I am bullish long term on the price action for Bitcoin I don't have a date for you that it will surpass 50k. I believe it will happen this year around October but it could happen next year that time, or 5 years from now. It could also never happen which is why we must protect ourselves and our investments on a daily basis.

I really doubt it that it's going to happen anytime soon, if it ever reaches that mark, which is also unlikely. The price is influenced by a variety of reasons, it won't happen suddenly.
Although, we probably can expect a price increase in the distant future, the $19k was an outstanding achievement, but the price has been stable for the past few months, no sudden changes are due to happen any time soon.

I think we are all waiting for it to rise really. And it will. How much and how fast remains to be seen, but it will continue rising long term.

In my opinion bitcoin will surely rise again,it's only a matter of time,hopefully it might 50 thousand by 2019.

Everyone are waiting for the result of bitcoin this year 2018 and everyone will hoping it will recover the value of bitcoin.  Because everyone now and using or depending in bitcoin.

I am very optimistic that Bitcoin will reach that 50k USD by this year. Banks are releasing very good news and eventually this add more on the demand of bitcoin.

I think to reach $ 50000 it might just happen, but not for the moment this happens.
For the next few moments we will only reach back $ 19000 like a few moments ago before the dump happened.

bitcoin Have got fluctuating prices and can not be called stable, from a few days yesterday the figure shows only $ 9k - $ 11k and still up and down in that number.
bitcoin is only Do one's best for its performance right now, as soon as we get to the $ 12k figure we will continue to go further and maybe this will take some time before we stop at the $ 22k figure.

I mean you and everyone else in the world that owns is waiting for the same thing, though this does rely on a massive amount of new money coming into bitcoin and I don't know if this is going to come anytime soon. I own as well so I do hope it does, but who knows these days -- we went up an insane amount and then corrected a bit from the top. No one knows what's going to happen now though; we could just crash more or boom -- meh that's the market.

In this world I believe that nothing is impossible to happen. Therefore, there is possibility that bitcoin will rising up again, because in the pass experiences, even if its decreasing there is such a period of time of increasing. We can't predict what will happen to the future, but for now it is better to hold and patiently waiting for it's rising up again. Maybe bitcoin can reach $50,000 or maybe it's not.We don't know. Just need to do is to hope and believe.

it is too soon to say anything in my opinion. even calling it stable may not be completely right. a stable price is something like what we had in early 2015 when it was stuck at $220. that ended with a big FUD dump to $150 and then shoot up to the moon.

right now we are after a big FUD dump and the aftermath of it is not yet long enough to show the followup trend.

I don't care whether bitcoins price will reach $50,000 but there's only one thing that I want to see. I want it to see moved and get out of $10,000 and lower bracket.  It may be early to assume $50,000 while the price is hardly breaking $12,000. But time will tell if its ready to move forward, bitcoin has been normally surprising us so it will be the best birthday gift ever if bitcoin hits $50,000 this year.

Bitcoin will start to make the next move after it was able to move up above  $10,250 trading area. I believe that this is the third time this will happen this year alone an I take it as a cycle completion. We should not expect Bitcoin just been trip within  $9,000 and $10,000 through out the year but I think Bitcoin is going to go above  $50,000 this year.

It's quite unlkely for that to happen this year.

However if you're not giving any time constraints then accounting for the debasement of fiat currency and the natural scarcity of bitcoin itself, then that price level is probably quite easy to achieve in the long term. But as I said, not going to happen this year or probably next year.

We're seeing a slowdown in growth at the moment, in fact negative growth in market cap and price. Right now we're under 5 digits and that means that people may panic and think that this is going to be all over and bitcoin has no potential. Once it recovers from that dump, it may be able to set a higher level than $12k that we saw last week.

Don't lose trust on bitcoin its still very strong and it will rise again after few months. Even if it's falls under 8k$ there is no another way but to go to 50k$ in a year or two.

I believe that Bitcoin will reach 50,000 $ at some point but don't expect it to reach that price soon. IMO Bitcoin will reach the speculated next year as the earliest point up to a year after the next halving. For now, I expect btc will continue to have a slow gain of price appreciation and adoption. Any faster pick up in price in the next coming months will result in dump.

for me i think 20k-30k is enough to reach on this year and in my prediction also there's a possibility because in the last few weeks they testing the price to touch down the 11k value again so perhaps there's a tend to rise again Maybe not now but for sure it will soar again just keep holding .

The price will probably increase, but this year 50k $ will be difficult to achieve. For now, bitcoin can not break 12k $. If the price reaches 20-25k $ this year it will be very good for me.

What banks have been releasing good news about bitcoin? As we can see from the movement of bitcoin right now, We are experiencing resistance and there is not a good chance on how we can attain another bull run this year but I am still positive that we can still see the $ 20,000 value and as we are still entering the month of march it is still early to sob and think that we can not attain a new All Time High, There are still chance in bitcoin recovering from that kind of fall.

That is something that is very likely to happen. Bitcoin prices have a very high fluctuation so that anything can happen, and we also often see the miracle that bitcoin has experienced a drastic price increase. Currently bitcoin prices are in the price range of 10,000USD, yes a few weeks ago we faced a decline in prices but it turns out the current prices have started to stabilize. With this steady increase we can optimistically see the future of bitcoin. Although not happening in the near future, but someday bitcoin can be much more phenomenal and reach the target as you say.

Bitcoin price is stable now but don't expect $50k too early, maybe next year.

It is too early to say that bitcoin will reach up to $50k, we don't know if bitcoin can really reach that high and I think it is not possible this year, because as what I can see, some of us left bitcoin already and invest with other coins because they think they will gain more from other coins that bitcoin because bitcoin is not moving fast right now but once they see a big improvement again with bitcoin for sure bitcoin will burst up again.

$50K BTC price by 2018 could be possible if we follow the same exponential growth that happened last year, but, I think it was a parabolic move due to the hype that happened from all the dramas last year. It could cause another crash if the price breached $50k just like what happened when the milestone of almost $20k has been reached. A gradual rise in momentum is fine which means more people are understanding bitcoin rather than jumping on the bandwagon.

Don't expect some sudden rise. To my opinion the price will remain to fluctuate around 9000$ and 10000$ for a while and no one can't tell for sure when this values will be crossed. If you have bought your coins when the price was over 15000$ you will have to be patient to return your investment.
But in the meantime while you are waiting for the price to go up use the opportunity to buy some more coins when the price is low.

yeah you are right there are a lot of people who are waiting for the rise because most of people here had invested in bitcoin when bitcoin price was above 15k and then sudden decline came which change the whole game and since that time everyone is eagerly waiting to see the higher nodes again to earn maximum.

For the year 2018 i'm pessimistic if bitcoin will reach $ 50.000, chances are bitcoin will reach its highest price, which is in the range of $ 22,000 to $ 27,000 for this year.

Yeah, stable is very good and that shows strength. A lot of people are waiting for the idea of getting rich quick and this is not what this market is about which is why it is really crazy at the rate at which people just keep getting greedy. $50k is a long way to go, we cannot know when this can occur, but rather than focusing on what is not even attainable yet, why not focus on that which is attainable or just focus on the long term.

We are all waiting for the rise and absolutely no one can know if it would hit $50000 this year or not, but I would rather not put too much hope on that. Bitcoin has been impressive over the years, it is still very impressive, considering how much it has been holding strong, but at the same time, we also have to consider the possibilities of only having to maintain even the previous ATH if we hit it at all this year, at the end of it, patience is all that is needed. I guess you think that bitcoin is a quick rich scheme because you mentioned that you wanted to make easy money here. To tell you the truth, you should change your perspective here. Its not very easy to make money here and even you are a day trader, its gonna be hard unless you really know what you are doing.

I do not think $ 50k was possible to achieve this year. All time high was in December and since then the price has not even approached this level. If the price will rise, it can reach the area around the last ath. Within a year or two $ 50k is possible to achieve.

That's a more appropriate time frame, which will allow the market to 'gradually' move up higher as time goes by. People need to understand that you can't just assume that the price will move up in the same fashion as last year.

What we experienced last year was something we might not experience ever again within 12 months. From under $1000 to almost $20,000 is pure madness, and people still complain about how the market has gone down.

Yes it will and i believe on that too but i am not so sure if bitcoin will reach that mark this year. With normal corrections and crashes and ups and downs, that's one of the major challenges bitcoin has to face and withstand before it can reached a more higher value.

It is good to be optimistic and it make sense if it's realistic. If bitcoin will rise to a $50,000 it will take much time to realize that level to that amazing price since bitcoin needs improvements on the developer side. I will be happy to see it at $20k again since that price is a attainable. It will take a series of corrections before making to a $50k mark. Although nothing is impossible in here as we might get surprise when it comes a bull run. Just wait for that and continue to hold.

As the cryptocurrency market is completely unpredictable we can't come to a conclusion that price won't grow high. Just think of the past price increase that took the price reach as close to $20000 in a much shorter time period. Same could happen further as well, when more adoption happens all around.

I totally doubt this as well, but as I doubt, I always leave room for any possibilities in any scenario. I doubted the possibility of bitcoin reaching $15k last year and it passed before dropping even lower than that and we are still doing very fine than when we even started last year. We are in a market that is not predictable and even more complex to know what can ever happen, but all the same, whatever is meant to happen will happen with only time being there to tell us when it does.

There is more to bitcoin that we all don't know about and its not just about the price. Only the future can tell. And, of course bitcoin has the potential of hitting $50,000 and even above but I doubt it if that price will happen this year. Keep holding your coin and be ready for that moment.

I never expect stable price of this bitcoin because of it's volatility. Everyone's waiting for bitcoin price hike, for me I always waiting but not to sell my bitcoin just to see this bitcoin can conquer over us dollar. And happy to see that if bitcoin make angry like dragon going into the sky.

I'm also waiting to raise the price of bitcoin currency again but I think but I think it will take a long time before the bitcoin currency increases  like before. And no one knows the bitcoin's price moves so it's hard to tell if the price of bitcoin really reach $ 50,000 this year.

If bitcoin had reached 20,000$ last tear, it is possible that it will also reach 20,000$ this year. Thus, reaching the 50,000$ mark is reachable if and only if people started to learn to hodl and to not panic sell.

If bitcoin rose so fast last year it was precisely because the new buyers had a get-rich-quick mindset. Those people don’t hold, they sell quickly out of panic when it starts to drop. Fast upward trends come hand in hand with fast downward ones. The important thing is the overall upwards tendency.

I think that's a huge amount. several factors will occur if bitcoin reaches 50k. even I believe there will be some countries and international banking to destroy its growth.

Even I did not expect for the price to reach as it did last December, along with other users and even some of those who have have been in the cryptospace for already a long time. The likelihood for the price to reach that amount is similar to the likelihood that it would crash because anything may happen and there's no certain guarantee that the price would go up or down. For optimistic people like me, I would like to believe that the price will continue to go up and eventually at that price.

Bitcoin price can go to any direction but most probably it will go up if we look at overall move it have in last few years. The crash happened which had to happen in last couple of months and if we observe now the price is more stably rising and not sky rocketing like previous times it had happened and thus the crash was also big. This time is much more stable and crash might not happen unless we have a very big negative news which comes up.

Stay away at FUD news they could either let you join them or you could just leave them and proceed on your own way. Crypto market is really unpredictable that's why we must always be cautious to what we are doing, it might change our path so quickly without noticing that we are going downhill instead of uphill.

I'm optimistic the bitcoin will continue to increase in value and reach $ 50k, but it certainly takes time. the bitcoin price movement increased sharply in 2017 yesterday, as we know the bitcoin price in early 2017 is only $ 1300 but until mid December 2017 yesterday it could reach about $ 20k, is not that a fantastic improvement. in 2018 I believe bitcoin will continue to raise its price and can achieve a satisfactory value.

I also waiting for bitcoin prices to pump again and now as you can see the price of bitcoin slowly increase again and I think it is posible to reach 50,000$ but it will take a long time to reach that huge amount. if you notice that last year the bitcoin price reached 20,000$  we know that this is the new record for that year, so it's not impossible that the bitcoin currency will create of a new record of its price again this year.

All of us here are waiting for bitcoin to perform a bull run t push the price in higher level. Bitcoin is now at $11k and continues to perform positively it's a good sign to attract more people to invest in this technology. Just relax and hold as this will moves to that price level. Although that $50k is too much for this year, a price of $20k is good enough for this year.

Bitcoin may not be stable at times as the value of currency crashes out. Joining this campaign has taught me how to be patient and optimistic. Patient enough to wait while being productive and optimistic for its full-recovery.

It seems to me that it is not necessary to involve people in the use of bitcoin at a cost. Attracting people should be the opportunities that bitcoin presents to people. To do this, bitcoin must be upgraded. But people also have to believe and share the ideology of creating cryptocurrencies. The world economy is in stagnation. However, market is normal to make its statement at any point in time depending on how it wants to move. Normally, for now, it seems the market in the short term is actually looking very good, but we just have to expect that anything is possible.

From the look of things, it is just more like we can only assume, but we cannot know what would happen. It is not all about speculating, it is what happens at the end of the day that counts. Many are really excited to see bitcoin will rise up to too much expensive price and give their own speculated price. Yes it is volatile, but still bitcoin is doubtful to reach such price in a sudden situation base on everybody's speculation. I am not saying that bitcoin can not reach that price, but I am just simply believing that bitcoin's price does not depend on what we say but by some important reason that can affect the market and not through our personal opinion driven by self excitement.

Impossible $ 50.000 is unlikely to be achieved for the period 2018. because what happens today is both new and old altcoin warfare. We all know that the new altcoin has brought about some changes, one of them is inhibition of bitcoin growth. While the old altcoin has been widely adopted by several ICO projects. Because before, bitcoin has transaction fee issues which soar.

No one can predict when it will happen for bitcoin rise. But as we can check this time it seems bitcoin price is starting to bounce back. One thing is for sure price would increase this year but we dont know how much it will reach.

Yes , you're right that bitcoin has stabilized to 11.800k  and he didn't showed any activity in the last few days but i think its gonna start growing up again in a short time , im sure of that . And yes , bitcoin could reach $  50k but its gonna take a lot of time for that to happen , it could take one year or maybe more , but also it could take just a few months to reach that value . Anythink its posible , bitcoin is full of surprizes and we all know that .

The price stability is a positive sign, atleast its not depreciating. We should monitor the fluctuation on a daily basis because drastic rise or drop will not happen overnight. Be very vigilant and try to protect our investment by staying updated with the price value. Don't assume too much and don't project far too ahead. If you see an opportunity to cash out then be wise about it so you don't regret waiting too long and be disappointed.

I think it won't reach 50k if we put it one a year. Price of bitcoin goes in normal and above normal.  :) This is how we experience bitcoin price from down to down, from rise to rise and most of the time from rise to down and from down to rise. The movement of bitcoin price is not predictable although it can be predictable in assuming prediction but the exact no one knows. I'm pretty sure that it will rise again because that is how bitcoin price works.

bitcoin is stable now, a sign that the price will rise again. Its hard to predict the price this year but if you see and believe on bitcoin’s history you will confidently wait for the price of bitcoin to rise again. Honestly, my position is as follows: Bitcoin can reach the level of the previous year, but after it, the climbing of the cryptocurrency will be a very slow process.

I think there will be no slow rise in bitcoin prices. The price always moves big jerks up with a small adjustment. The growing popularity of cryptocurrencies is happening around the world. This will push prices up. Therefore, I am sure that the price of bitcoin this year will be higher than last year. I predict 35-40K dollars.

Bitcoin this year can cost $30000-50000. It is very popular. I think that its way only begins. In several years digital money will begin to restrict paper money and the new era will begin. But so far the course is very changeable and you shouldnt wait for big digits

As we see the price of bitcoin it is hovering around $10 to $11k no rapid price rise, so $50k seems to be a very big goal and hard to reach this by this year end. I think the rising process will be slow and by looking this I am not sure about that it will go above $20k may be it can touch nearly 20k by this year.

If the market has taught us one thing last year, then it's the fact that you shouldn't judge a market on how it's moving in the very short term. Last year things were exactly the same, where at a sudden point the entire market exploded like there was no tomorrow. It was pure madness, where speculation, Japan adoption, South Korea adoption, hype, fomo, future markets, etc, all contributed to the crazy all time high peak. The only thing that's somewhat annoying me, is how much value people think the $20,000 all time high really has. It's a speculative peak based on nothing else. If you purely focus on that peak, then current levels indeed make you think that the market has gone down significantly, but that's not the reality.

As of now the price is decreasing and maybe it takes a day or weeks again before it will continue to rise. And perhaps the good idea for now is to hold and monitor the price always  'and i have doubt also it will surge after this dump base on it's performance on this week which is up and down around 10-11k so probably it will  jump after this 'cause i didn't see any negative feedback or news around the internet.  

That dragon move even makes me scared for those who are joining the FOMO, but what can we say? They will always be there and always make that mistake, but at the long run anyway, irrespective of what happens to the market, the market is always strong and will at a point test new heights either by FOMO or not. This is the future and that is what is really important now and with all the development going on, I do not expect bitcoin to remain as it is.

This has become even more doubtful, there is now a big roadblock to reach that price and that is the person holding the coins of Mt Gox if remember correctly he has 160k bitcoin and it is ready to sell them in September and that promises to crash the price of bitcoin.

The price of bitcoin will not crash if he sell them in the month of September as there will be more investors coming to bitcoin and at that time the demand will be more high than today so these 160k Bitcoin will be absorbed in that demand. We do not have to worry about this in the coming future. We just need to support bitcoin and to promote it in every corner of the world and we have to use that services which will support bitcoin only which will increase the demand of bitcoin and will value it much more.

I have great doubts the price will go up when there is a very clear signal that someone is going to dump a significant amount of coins in September, if I had the money to be an investor I will wait after that person begins to sell his bitcoins because it's obvious that is going to crash the price there is no way for that not to happen the supply is going to be bigger and if there is a bigger supply then the price goes down its as simple as that.

If you have just patience to wait for the proper time, you will really experience that because bitcoin is already known to come back whenever it is down or low. So while you are also waiting, buy also the cryptos you like because price is still low.

well, in the world of cryptocurrency everything can happen any price can be achieved if there is good news from bitcoin and while waiting for the price back up to $ 50k which seems to take a very long time you should buy altcoin and altcoin trading to grow the assets you have in order the assets you own can grow.

Just wait for the bounce back as sooner it will. This is too cliche I mean it always happen that's why it's highly anticipated by everyone and making sure that they bought at the current price. Always remember good things always happen to those who patiently wait and huge profit awaits us.

the bitcoin price is really stable, and the increase only ranges from $ 8500 to $ 9000. well, most likely, if the bitcoin price rises on the mark with a price increase of $ 9500, or more. hopefully it happens in the near future.

I believe we are just waiting for one big event that will skyrocket the price of bitcoin.

For the past few months since Jan 2018 the price has been hovering up and below 8k. A solid event like "Japan officially recogninzes bitcoin payments" or some other global event like that would again surely trigger the bitcoin bulls and from them i believe it would be unstoppable until new FUD appears. We almost started the bull run last week when we tested $9.5k but some FUD about child porn appeared and now we are back to $8.5k.

The cryptocurrency trade is indeed haunted by negative sentiments over the past week. It may be just the beginning of the main crypto hike this year, because according to CNBC experts, see bitcoin doing bulls bigger than last year and reaching $ 50,000.

My wish is $30k, this is enough for me if this is gonna happen. $50k is too much but I hope after the end of the year or in the future, it's gonna happen. Sooner or later the price is rising.

Seeing the current bitcoin market where bitcoin is even struggling to up again up to 9000 dollars it is very difficult to say that bitcoin will even go up to some huge number like 50k or even 30k. We should just be hoping that bitcoin at least crosses or reaches 20,000 dollars. Many people are speculating that the current drop in BTC is due to some MGTox and even the Winklevoss twins.

Yes i believe this too. Surely it will rise and if lucky enough could gain a substancial amount to last for a life time..Surely enough we will continue experience the rise and fall of the value in the market this is just how it is in the market. But if we are positive enough and wise enough to play the right moves we can surely gain still with this movements even if it falls if we know how to flip our cards right we can still surely gain.

I believe Bitcoin would reach more than that, my expectation and most experts also predict that the price would go up to $60000. Last year same period Bitcoin was trending around $900 and its highest price last year was $20000, I'm not expecting x20 this year with the current price of $8000+ but at least x6 or x8 is my expectation. Every ones eyes is on Bitcoin this year.

Any owner has the right to sell his coins in unlimited quantities. Why do you care? Do you think mtgox is the sole owner of a large number of coins? Such whales a lot. They will easily divide these coins among themselves and the price will go up again. They have huge capital invested in cryptocurrency and will not allow mass dumping of coins in the future.

I think it is very obvious that the event that were waiting for is for the developers to finally release the lightning network when that happens we will see another big increase in the price of bitcoin probably way bigger than what we saw in the previous year, I will not be surprised if bitcoin reached more than 50000 by then.

While the most awaited bullish market is not happening yet, people are just riding on the slight spike of cryptocurrencies today. For those who bought the dip, they might be enjoying the profit they made already today.

Bitcoin really had a rough start this year. I do believe that it is possible for Bitcoin to have a such high market value but I think it will take time for it to reach that price. Bitcoin will surely have a hard time recovering because the msrket value is really low compared to its price last year. It might take months in order to have such market price. So just be patient and wait.
