I have some ETH in my wallet. And Currently, BCH is trading at $1200 while ETH is at $900. What is the future of BCH as its ATH was $3400.
Is it a good idea to convert few ETH to BCH?

ethereum will always be the best coin after bitcoin in my opinion. but, if you want eth to be bch why not? try it first, maybe you can get some benefit from it.
in my opinion after later bitcoin rises again, the possibility of automatically price ethereum will follow its footsteps.

we can not compare these are teo, because one ofe them is the function of BTC and another is the main alt coin. so but we can say that ETH will be the next king of crypto and will increase more than BTC cash

In my opinion staying with eth would be better in the long run. BCH has a bad reputation, ETH on the other hand is already well known by people who are not very into crypto.

This is like comparing apples & oranges IMO, but my personal opinion is that ETH would be the better investment.

no that's not good idea because eth and bcc are both similar like they can ahead or we can compare already in btc value now not in price so don't compare eth to bcc and prepare yourself in this two like buy little by little now then just hold it for the future here in this two coins,i think ltc also neo,nano and bnb are good for investing now.

I noticed from the development of existing market cap. between BCH with ETH its development is chasing each other. both coins are currently experiencing a pretty good development. so I do not think I personally coin ETH to exchange BCH just keep the two coins and just wait for the development of both. because now the price of ETH can be categorized pretty good.

ETH and BCH are both profitable and had a great potential they will give you a good profit and if I choose I will hold that two.
That altcoin are both good but if you want to convert few Ethereum to Bitcoincash, why not? Maybe you can get a nice profit but it's only you to decide on what to do.

I think that Ethereum has been surging a lot lately and is now worth about 0.085BTC per ETH, which means that it has a market cap of about 50% of bitcoin, so, if you want to invest in Ethereum and double, you need Ether to pass bitcoin in market cap, so if you believe in it go ahead.
On the other hand Bitcoin Cash is manipulators coins that is being controlled by a small group of people, it is not necesserily mean that it is bad, as this small group of people usually pump the coin once in a while.

My personal opinion is that I would never ever own Bcash if I can own Ethereum. In fact, I would never ever own Bcash period.

Bitcoin Cash has never enjoyed the support of our community. And what most members frown them is that the people behind are not to be trusted. Lol, they even created massive FUD around November and try everything at their disposal to bring the bitcoin's price to its knees. But what happen? They didn't succeed. And besides its another alt, pump-and-dump coin.

Definitely no. You should never convert to bitcoin cash as its just fake bitcoin in many ways supported by some people hated in community. There are rumors those people seek higher profits so created bch. On othe other hand ethereum is awesome smart contract coin.

Well, that's a good way to divide some of your ETH into BCH.
ATH bch is so convincing, at least if prices skyrocket you will get the benefits out of it. Only partially, so you have a good 2koin to invest.

Don't do that, ETH still have better future and will survive on the real market. See the history chart and I believe you'll know what I mean. ETH price lower than BCH that's true but we can see ETH always become the second alternative income and payment after bitcoin, BCH can't do that. For me, BCH price is too high to buy and soon will drop to the bottom. When it happen, ETH will raise again. Trust me bro.

I think eth has much more value than bch. As the bch is a fork to bitcoin, if bitcoin increase the transaction speed in the future, I don't think bch will have some value.

Ah.hh! I was actually reading and thought that at the end you will say should I convert my BCH to ETH. But exactly the opposite happened. It’s not like that I don’t like BCH but what I think about it is, it’s not worth investing into looking after its agenda. The coin is forked one and we know very well what happens with forked coin. They die at any time without prior notice. Why not choose ETH? It’s best when it comes to its development plans and future agenda. Most of the investor base is fond of ETH and I think you should follow the crowd. Here the more the crowd the more is spiked market.

Ethereum in my opinion is one of the most promising coins. They have an active development base, they are working tirelessly to improve the platform and it has some name recognition. Bitcoin Cash will lose its purpose as soon as Bitcoin can solve its scaling issues.

its up to you mate. But in my opinion eth is still good for long run investment because of its performance along with bitcoin. And i suggest if you want to try investing on BCH , dont convert you entire balance just try a small amount and perhaps 15% of your ETH is enough to test .'cause there are some negative feedback about it ,so you need to try it first before you put all your ETH on it  . Or make some research about it to obtain more info, if it's good for long term or not.

My analysis reveals me that ETH is far better than BCH because it has great support from community and its investors are increasing rapidly.Its considered to be at par with BTC.ETH is backed by many result oriented projects in pipeline and it has gotten considerable attraction from the people.After BTC its the second high profile Altcoins,in value its behind from BCH but BCH is not supported by community comparison to ETH.If you collect information about ETH then you will know that many investors/constructive projects are about to appear in future which will certainly increase ETH price to a higher level.BCH has no proper goal,design it was just launch in comparison of BTC but it failed to gain much attraction.Better to go for ETH than BCH.

I think for me bitcoin cash is the second prior and the Ethereum is first priority i like the Ethereum to buy and to hold because this currency is not much volatile and the future businesses will ready to accept this all crypto i would like to invest in these all and with the crypto i will become rich and wealthy. Bitcoin cash is also good but i want to become expert of the crypto.

In my opinion you can convert Bitcoincash in Ethereum and hold it. Nowadays ethereum blockchain has many supporters and investors like ICO's projects.

BTC has always high liquidity as same as his forks. And moreover distribution of investments is a good way to earn more. So yes, you should do it.:)

i don't trust Bitcoin Cash, it is way too volatile even for a cryptocoin. Ethereum on the other hand, in my opinion, will be used a lot more in time.

Actually I bought bitcoincash this late January, a not so much large amount but my plan is to hold it until December where I think it's price will soon rise up again. I also have Ethereum because it has a good future, I also expect $5000 of Ethereum price before 2018 ends.

Ethereum is much better coin then bitcoincash as BCH has high volatility rather then ethereum. Ethereum is best choice for investment after bitcoin as it is the leader of all altcoins and ERC20 tokens gives more value to it's price.

Between the two, I will lay my eggs in BCH because it will be available in local exchanges very soon. Not to mention coins.ph.

You may convery 50% ETH into BCH. Because when Bitcoin recover ETH and BCH will also recover and it is not predictable which will do better. So you may get benefit  of both ETH and BCH.

You may not follow me on this but I guess shifting from Ethereum to Bitcoin Cash is a bad idea. It is like abandoning the mansion to prefer some shanty. It is like giving up your luxurious car because you have the illusion that having a bicycle is much better. I hope you get my point. I have some reservations with how the price of Bitcoin Cash has been moving. I know that this altcoin is being highly manipulated by the whales behind this coin. That $3,400 is a product of this manipulation.

Eth is better than Bitcin Cash from my analysis.
Even some people called Ethereum is second Bitcoin. In the market demand, after bitcoin, People wants ETH.

I will prefer to buy or hold Ether rather than Bitcoincash because if you the chart of ether, ether is very strong as after making ATH of 1300$ it came to 700$ and now it trades at 865$ mean just 30-35% fall from ATH,  other side Bitcoincash after making 3400$ ath now trading at 1200$, mean over 60-65% fall for ath. And you have seen many ico coming and using ether platform for their payment gateway so ether demand increasing day by day. And i feel ether will touch 2000$in next 6 months.

Logically it should be Ethereum is more potential than Bitcoincash because in terms of features and technology, Ethereum is the most developed platform.

According to be i always prefer Eth despite of the price flutuation, but you can convert to bitcoincash to enjoy short term profit as i am not sure about the long term future of bitcoincash

Ethereum is a very stable coin every exchange has a market for it, although I can say that both has a good potential in the future, why not this, exchange your other altcoin to Bch or ethereum both coins can be profitable on a long term and short term basis.

Long term I think ETH is a better bet. But if you are talking about short-term trading, BCH can be quite volatile depending on mining difficulty... so it can certainly be a good coin for trading. It will go up and it will go down, so plenty of peaks and troughs to use.

I dont like bitcoin cash , so i prefer to hodl my etherium, but i suggest you to look more into other coins like eos,vechain,neo

Based on the experience and learned from others both of the two will be good enough now adays because we see for its progress even now its still moving up. And yet there's more development to come that we don't know how and when it will come out so its better to hold for ethereum now and make it bitcoincash when the best time will come.

Don't ever do that foolish act.Ethereum is the second oldest coin next to bitcoin.It has good reputation.Its not a forked coin.It provides a platform for most of the altcoins tokens getting launched.So,it has a huge demand.

But bitcoincash is just a shitcoin.Its just a forked coin from bitcoin and that's the only reason for it having such a huge marketcap.Its supported and pumped by roger ver otherwise it would have been trashed by this time.

eth is very well project after btc, and i saw many prediction that is ethereum can pump like btc in this year, so the best option do not need to convert your eth to bch, just buy some eth and hold then see.

ETH can rise in its value because a lot of ICO use its smart contracts with ERC-20 Token. BCH can rise too, they planned to make debit cards with BCH payment.

These two coins with different purposes. Coin ethereum, the basis of which is the platform, will not be able to quickly increase its value. Therefore, I think that bitcoin cache will be a more successful investment of its money.

In my opinion, Bitcoincash is a risky investment where many investors have fears about their sudden increase and with a strong downfall trend, on the other hand, Ethereum has been gaining strength in the market and investments for some time. In summary Ethereum is a solid investment and Bitcoincash may surprise or disappoint you even more.

I would go for Ethereum, the future of Ethereum is very promising like many ICOs are depending on it, it would definitely more profitable in the future where those ICOs grow.

ETH and Bcash have only 1 major in common, Price. So it's more like better investment on different time frames. In technology and in purpose of use the are quite different from each other. I see Bcash only like short term investment when I see Roger and Jihan is trying to make new statement or meet up. On longer term ETH is much better investment in any ways: technology, practical use, development.

In my opinion Ethereum is far better, then Bitcoincash. Ethereum is established as one of the most stable coins and Bitcoincash is a bit risky for my taste.

If I choose to invest I would choose ETH for long term investment instead of investing in BCH. I think ETH has more potential for development than ECH because ETH has a huge community of supporters, it's altcoin that has the most real-life applications in the crytocurrency market, ETH is also the platform to play most of the current ICO projects. While BCH is an altcoin made from bitcoin hardfork and I think it does not have any significant applications in life.

Of course that's a good idea. You simply diversify your Deposit and risks in this way. Both coins have an interesting and promising technology.

For me its not good idea that you convert your eth into bitcoin cash due to the multi function of eth you can use it in some ico's to buy coin and a lot of platform have eth market so in short eth is most profitable than bch.

Bitcoin cash only offers a fixed scalability of bitcoin and no more. But the fact that ethereum was better rather than bitcoin cash itself. This time the txcost for every transaction in the bitcoin  almost the same with bitcoin cash blockchain and that makes bitcoin cash totally worthless. Ethereum offers various feature. There will be sharding blockchain, plasma, Crossbridge blockchain to another blockchain based on the different platform and many more.

I think it's a very good idea because many people say BCH will replace bitcoin if at some point the bitcoin disappears. besides BCH price is always above ETH, therefore I support if you exchange your ETH to BCH.

Bitcoincash is a recently launched, which is expected to replace Bitcoin, which has been around for a long time as Bitcoin has a nasty backbreaker for its users. But I think that ETH in the future will be more potential than BCH as all altcoins in the market now use ETH technology. So the future of ETH will replace Bitcoin to become the market leader in crypto.

I don't think comparing this two is very good, because they are very different. But if I have to pick which one to invest in, I would go for Ethereum 100%. It is very stable and one of the safest coin to invest.

All depending on the market. How many demand and how manye seler in the market. So nothing is automatically.

Ethereum is great coin, if anything will be after bitcoin, it must be ethereum to my mind with it's features, it's simply great improvement of bitcoin.
But now also think about it: BCH is bitmain's project, isn't it? So they support it a lot and everyone knows how great this company is in it's industry. Also this is almost same bitcoin with 8MB block size, which means problem of bitcoin (high tx fee) is solved here.
Personally I think currently BCH has better potential because of bitmain support but also as far as I knoe bitmain is going to make ASIC ethereum miners, consider this fact too.

I don't think it's wise to compare the two based on technology, community or price.
Ethereum is a different algo which would soon go POS only, has a great price and community and is the leader in token platform and dapps.
BCH on other hand is finite mineable (only with dedicated hardware) coin quite popular to (ex)bitcoin miners.

I dont know whether bitcoincash has bad reputation or not in crypto. As i know its kind of fork coin which is built for making money so i will be staying away from such this coin. I know i have no enough proof but from beginning i think about this in mind so for me etherium is better.

Long term the value will be determined by demand for the token and that will be driven by use and not speculation.

I also think that Ethereum has a brighter future than Bitcoin Cash, especially in these days where there are a lot of projects trying to use Ethereum platform to launch their Initial Coin Offering to raise funding for their business. Why are the people looking just at the price of the coins? The price dont say anything about the quality of the coin. BitcoinCash is a cheap bitcoin hardfork and a try from a men to replace bitcoin with a coin which is totally controlled by himself. When it wasnt a bitcoin hardfork and everybody who hold bitcoin wouldnt have this coin for free, it will be worthless today. Ethereum is a great project, which you can use for to develop tools on the blockchain with smart contracts. So ethereum is thousand times better then bitcoincash and will have much better future!

PLease keep ETH intact in ETH, not replace it with any anything as ETH will not be compared to currently any other coin, it has certainly a great future, so never sell it, just store it for a long-term.

The important thing should not ethereum as a tool for the crowdfunding for so many icos. But if you are seeing the fact that the first dapps run in ethereum platform while at the same time another platform still doesn't implement anything to run on their blockchain platform.

Another important thing ethereum will try to make a cross bridge blockchain to make a bridge to another blockchain platform.

ETH has more potential long term and it'll definitely pay off.

ETH is promising coin and its good for long term, BCH has potential and good for long term as well but I rather to invest ETH than BCH if I going to choose one.

I am currently monitoring the development of existing coins. and seen from the development of the two coins, the two coins have decreased. so, in my opinion, do not be redeemed because now all the coins are down. but do not worry too much, I'm sure all coins will improve.

It's the same what I think about it. In my opinion Eth will be one step behind bitcoin for quite a long time. Maybe in the future we will see more popular alts and technologies than Eth or even BTC. But today Eth is still perspective. As for BTCC - it's also have a big potential but today there is already a lot technologies which are more promising.
