The reason for this technical choice is to guarantee the lowest possible transaction fees. MINING Mining will be available to a few trusted miners, called ‘Dedicated SkyPay Miners’. Everyone is welcome to apply to become Dedicated SkyPay Miners, however only qualified individuals/companies will be approved and selected. The role of these mining companies will be to mine the remaining coins and release them into the market, while powering the SkyPay network, for a compensation, the block rewards. All transactions can be publicly seen and revised on the SkyPay Explorer. COIN SPECS 75 % of all coins will be pre-mined. Essentially, we intend to achieve this by reducing the Foreign Transaction Fees and Currency Conversion Fees. Currency Conversion Fees are the most dishonest, as they are not quoted in real-time by banks, and/or manually entered by merchants. By opening a Bank, SkyPay is able to reduce these fees by not only offering real-time conversion rates, but also generally lower transaction fees, all through SkyPay's debit card. As percentage of the money that you will be collecting from ICO will also go to the team - operations & dev team& tech. So aside from the lock-in percentage of your team, you are also getting your cut from ICO. I think that's too much already for your share. And what will happen if you haven't met your ICO targets, are you still going to acquire a bank? So the founders will keep not only 15% of the tokens but also all the remaining tokens which won't be sold during the ICO? What's the garanty they won't be used for some internal purposes? What if you won't be able to sell all the 60% of tokens during the ICO, let's suppose only 5% will be sold. Will you conduct a refund? |
