You use the testnet for debugging. No need to run up to 10,000 blocks. This is a huge premine and you know it.

The starting parameter was cryptonote by default. I was suggested to change them what I did.

for the wallet, create a .bat file in the wallet directory
enter in : Save and launch the .bat

I reset the blockchain and increase the reward in return, I update the wallet, and I will post the sources a little later
