Title: Still hasn't got your MTGOX account reclaim approved? Trying again did it for me Post by: TiagoTiago on July 21, 2011, 04:37:00 AM I tried doing the reclaim process as soon as i got the email from them telling me i could, but after submitting the stuff there nothing happened for some weeks, then i eventually tried again, didn't even add any new information than what i had already added the first time, and in the same day i got an email telling me my request was approved. My password didn't work for some reason, so i tried the forgot password thingy, at first it looked like it didn't work, the page after submitting the form was blank and nothing on my inbox, but some time later on the same day the email arrived, i reset my password and now i can login again and do stuff there.
I hope this info helps if any of you are in a similar situation. |
