Think of it as a job interview. You lay down all your cards (which means skills), then let the employer know what they can hire you for. You can't expect people to just hire you without even knowing what you are applying for. Do that and likely someone will contact you. I believe that many users here need translators to reach a larger audience for their ICO's so that is also something you can do.
