My country exchange control is the weirdest thing you have ever seen. They are quite comfortable with you importing all sorts of junk from overseas, and paying with your credit card (via PayPal), but receiving money is a problem. Quite the opposite from what one would expect to be rational.

EFT (Interbank Transfer) is probably the best, but there are high transaction costs, so it doesn't work for small amounts - you may have to pay between USD30 to USD50 per transaction, and a fee on this side. There will also be Exchange Control paperwork on this side, you should discuss that with the bank before you go.

But I’m glad that I have bitcoins because I can send bitcoins or received bitcoins in a flash and the transaction fees is very low. You even don’t have to show your identification card like you must do at your bank.

I hope you send and receive them using a hardware or paper wallet, otherwise, if you use exchanges, you may need to comply with KYC regulations in the future.

I can totally relate trading in Bitcoin.
Bitcoin has really helped me get a steady income without the chance of charge backs.
I also trade in other cryptocurrencies but bitcoin is my main trade.
I never worry about someone contacted a bank to lie about a refund.

Sound's like the best place to open up an exchange  ;). Jokes aside, living in the Crypto world and living in your country at the same time is a bit difficult job. Good luck, I wish you all the best.

Biggest plague to hit the Earth since well the Black Plague (not actually but awful still). I don't want KYC in crypto, crypto is supposed to be anonymous! I don't mind paying taxes and will do so when time is right, but KYC and AML needs to take a back seat right now no joke.

That is one of the main Bitcoin's points: To nuke bureaucracy, helping each individual to have more accessibility to different kinds of goods and services, connecting people from different parts of the world and allowing them to make deals among themselves without the need of third-party services, middlemen.

Sadly this Bitcoin's advantage is going to be neutralized by many governments politics, in many cases with the approval of Bitcoin's enthusiasts.

Thta is one of the advantages of bitcoin. You can actually send and receive bitcoin even without providing your private info. However, when they will exchange or encash the bitcoin, of course they need the identification. But it will be under your government policy or rules.

But would you rather have a total ban or just regulations that you need to comply with KYC? Yeah, I would also like for banks and governments to stay away with crypto, but sadly though they will always be hot on our trail so its either we give in to their demands to make our life easier like information for KYC / AML compliant.

We have nothing to do on that if the government urge every crypto user to pay taxes or comply the KYC since its their way to have income and to protect against crime and corruption because we have a government and as a good individual in the society what we can do is to follow. But it is not good to that they will interfere too much since having a third party will make our profit compromise.

The bad news is that KYC seem to be here to stay and it does not seem like we can do something to stop it the only ones that can are the developers of new coins, we need decentralized exchanges and while there are some none of them works exactly like their centralized counterparts, we must member that every single centralized entity is a target, so we need to find a way to avoid centralization at all costs but at this point it does seem like we are losing the battle against KYC.

Situation in your country is  really not friendly with transfers, as I understood from your post. And even if bitcoin is only one solution, I still have question how you cashing out your bitcoins and how many % you losing ? I'm sure, that's also problem and till government is not blocked bitcoins and other cryptocurrency, I think you would make some money on providing cash out services , btc -> cash, think about it. I'm sure in your country many of people, who have same problem and you can help them  all, by selling btc to trasfer to others and also help to others by buying and helping them cash out their bitcoins, what will make you 4 - 6% :)

There are a lot of people who start to join the Bitcoin mining business. They usually are rich people, but some of middle-age people can join too if they have the correct capital. Bitcoin has change so many people lives. I hope Bitcoin can change my life too, and make my future better. I hope Bitcoin will continue developing and the price continue to increase after I get some correct amount of capital.

It is true that bitcoin has many advantages in terms of fast, cheap, easy transfers, but what if there is a problem with the network or human error as we have misplaced the bitcoin address code, how to solve the problem or where and to whom the user will complain? there is no authentic proof. Perhaps in the future, the bitcoin system could be even better so that cases of such a case would have a way of solving it

It's not the worst thing we've ever heard, and no garbage is sent from overseas because do not get me wrong.

People in the country and abroad are also trying to develop cripto money well for the future, so they definitely provide the best in the development of digital money today.

I also never feel the problem after receiving btc instead I feel very happy and lucky.

I also do not need to talk to a bank company, because I am not forbidden to go anywhere I will go.

Why be happy if only receive and send bitcoin, but if we earn big with new bitcoin I am quite happy with this.

Be careful on sending those bitcoins. You might end up with one exchange that needs KYC's before withdrawal and you just saw it after you deposited the bitcoin.
Happened to me one time with an exchange. With the thrill that I have to start trading with all the funds that I got, then suddenly something brought me back to reality and that is the time for withdrawal. They want informations or else the withdrawal option wont be seen. Sad but true.

Lesson: Before you send bitcoin, check the website with your own knowledge and not from others.

Bitcoin contracts can be designed and enforced to eliminate or add third party approvals, reference external facts, or be completed at a future date or time for a fraction of the expense and time required to complete traditional asset transfers.

Agree in this one, well if we compare btc to other remmitances for sending money overseas it is indeed way better and convenient because you dont need to personally present yourself and fall in line.

At first im using it for sending money in my relatives abroad but later on I realized it can also be an investment because of the price fluctuation. Looking back, its been 3 years since I became investor and trader and for that im thankful to this crypto for the benefits I got.

Opportunity opened to users of Bitcoin when it comes to Transactionary motive for other commodities nationally, internationally or globally is very enormous compared to other currencies, at such Fiat. Bitcoin had assisted me a lot through extinction of these unscrupulous middle men in my Business, and I'm able to sleep comfortably holding my Bitcoin in my wallet appreciating further despite it volatility, unlike having my fund kept in Bank depreciating here and then because of various charges being leveled on them.

Peer-to-peer transactions
No need to trust a bank or financial institution with funds
A borderless global payment system

I have noticed the transactions fees are substanitally less
recently which makes moving BTC viable again.

Thats better that somebody is enjoying the rides of bitcoin. Off course this is the reason why bitcoin was created to make the stuff very easy for everyone to transact securely, safely and instantly. The fees are really low for the transactions and they will become almost zero if the scale up issue is raised once more and something different is created other than the segwit. Slowly we will have bitcoin trisections more handy as the new tech is developed day by day. I am hoping that bitcoin should be legalised soon so that we can use direct payments from the blockchain more efficiently. They are already doing great but they are not as efficient as they should have been.

Having some weird policies and twisted infrastructure from the government is not anymore surprising, I would say. In fact, this reality is one of the many reasons why we have Bitcoin today. Sadly, the same government set-up in many parts of the world lead to many officials to go against the proliferation of Bitcoin as it can be beyond their total control. Now, am wondering how convenient is it to convert Bitcoin to the fiat money right there in your country?

Good to hear that anyway, but some of our country that do not support this thing. First reason is because they do not even allow bitcoin to exist on their country, some of them said that bitcoin bring bad influence to them. And the second reason is they may be support bitcoin but not for payment but only for trading or may be investment. They do not forbid this thing, there are two conditions and I believe many of this countries allow the second reason to exist. And big country will accept the first reason, like Japan and Korea may be

that's the advantage of using bitcoin, fast transactions, small fees, and wide transactions covering the whole world. this makes it easier for us to buy anything and everywhere.
I also ever use paypal, but the transaction takes a bit longer, when I want to take my money from paypal to local bank, that take up to 1 week, when the current bitcoin transactions to take money to the local bank just a few hours are over.

I would always be thankful of bitcoin that most people's lives will change due to the bitcoin, most of them are investors and those who have even improved their future do not work for most people. For their jobs are bitcoin and they are thankful for their investments.

You even don’t have to show your identification card like you must do at your bank.

since i started to join bitcoin i never stop by earning a lot of bitcoin because i know that i will receive a money from my bitcoin.and i really appreciate that my job here is done and i will always do bitcoin.thank you bitcoin for the trust.and you change our life for a better way now.

The good effect here is you dont need anymore to show your identity no need about your id but the transactions is also expensive for me since I also using this sometimes. But we can say that bitcoin is more inconvenient and more easy to use since we know that we can transact through phone evenwe are inhouseorin a vacation or somewhere atleast we can do as easy as this.
