Do you mean you wanted your coin to be listed on some exchanges?
Every exchange site has their own guide how to listing your coin to their exchange site.
Just like binance, they have their own listing form here

It is not that simple to list a coin into their exchanges. They have got stepped process for the same, which will never be fulfilled in a much simple manner. If any coin can get listed automatically the reputation of the exchanges will get a ruined, because more coins will gets listed under scams.

Aside for the major forks that exchange sites by default compelled to support and because of their own selfish needs of encouraging users to leave funds on their site, they then declare support those fork coins.  Other than that, its increasingly difficult to get listed and its not something that is done via PM as several conditions needs to be met with the continued increase in the amount of coins that being launched in the market. The conditions are publicly available on any exchange site you wish to get listed.

While some would relies on votes, I have come across some that requires deposit of some amount of bitcoin (which is obviously not cheap), others would demand that you share the official ANN thread on bitcointalk among other conditions that needs to be met before proceeding. Do all of those, and you can get listed.
