Furthermore there is absolutly no usefull information about your rng. Is it sufficient for cryptographic use? What about Benchmarks? Does it pass diehard? What periodizity? And you expect anyone to spend money on this? For example ARS-5 contained in the free random-123 lib has a periode of 2^128, passes all known randomness tests, and achieves a performence of 17.8 GB/s on a 3 year old intel xeon x5667.
