Title: Warning Bitmain products are no longer allowed to be exported to some of the EU
Post by: Tupsu on March 10, 2018, 04:05:18 PM
Warning Bitmain products are no longer allowed to be exported to some of the EU countries.

One such country is Estonia.

The Estonian customs suspects Bitmain's production  to a false CE marking.

They want  for several months from Bitmain Rohrs certificate, which is required by the EU directive and is one part in which the CE mark is issued.

Miners already ordered can only be sent from Estonia to outside the EU.

My friend from Poland has ordered from Bitman asic. He was stopped at customs. Customs officers demand to provide the CE certificate on compliance of the equipment to EU standards. It seems to me that this is an excuse to fight miners. Estonia has positioned itself as the digital capital of the EU but is obliged to comply with EU standards. I think soon there will also be a problem.

Can't find the list where those certain countries are enumerated.
