Figure I get everyones opinion
i started in crypto back in October and been investing for the long term in many coins. and a major HODL in all of this
so i have confidence
even though, the market is so volatile and keeps going down.
i did buy at lows but with constant dips  i am not making $.

I have since diversed myself and investing in stock market for now
anyways
 do you think crypto still worth investing in?
is it possible to still earn in the long term?

why or why not?

i am thinking yes but just questioning myself as things keep dipping.

Obviously! Crypto investment is always worth in the digital world all are accepting the digital technology everything should be change in future because all are access the Bitcoin card  in soon so we all are invest in know it is a big basement of this coin. Some peoples mindset are cat on wall they don't choose the right decision in right time they all are always dream in the crypto platform. So intelligent peoples are buying in this coin.

A very important trait is required for crypto and that is Patience.
You are not even in crypto for 6 months, you need to give it time.

I have seen it all last year as crypto climbed slowly and was volatile
but it still climbed through the negativity.

Of course mate, this is the profitable area since this is the real future - we are creating and making the new thing how we are going to transact and transfer value across the world. DOn't think it is not profitable because it is way below the ATH. Market cap overall is still small for some really big players and I assure you that you can take profit. However on the other hand you can lose your money as well. Just be patient imagine people who bought way back in like 2010 imagine how long they needed to hold to be rich aprox 8years! Don't expect to flip money within few months specially when we are not in the bear market right now, you have to believe and have faith.

About also on your opinion that holding your assets on a long term, well it is a very good decision, and I'm surely you have a bright future in crypto business, because as what I have been read on your opinion, you have already a strategy and idea on how to earn and gain more profit on the line of crypto business.

Now the whole market is red. But i believe that it will not be a long time. Even if the price of bitcoin does not increase, this does not mean that prices for altcoins will fall with bitcoin.

Obviosly yes,you arent making good enough money because you are holding long term coins that is why they are called coins for long term you wont be seeing any good movements with just few months of holding,holders always win and those weak hands will always fall.This is how the market works and we should be able to adopt in any particular situation that we have rain or shine .

Long term is nit juat a months, most coin  specially the newly introduced one are taking too long to see good profit. During their early period, they work on development and partnership with other..Most of the impatient  holders easily give up once seeing cryptosystem getting red. But the truth is it's not always about pumping, there were fixing and correction stoll happening to make value more syable than before.

Dips nowadays will really get us thinking if investing in crypto is still profitable but one should be aware that the market is still young so there is still open for improvements which the devs are currently working on. It may thinks that holding coins for long term isn't good for this time unlike in previous years events. We consider it's high volatility that really make us to hardly predict the future of our investment. Yes i think, The fact that depends on the timing when you are putting your amount to the crypto. It looks like you weren't getting a very bottom price. About the longterm investment and i can say about that depends on how the project that you have invested. Investing in promising one it makes you able to do long-term or short-term investment.

All profit depends on coin. If we calculate most of coins\tokens to BTC, not to dollar, then we will see real picture. One more thing all altcoins want to your BTC.

Cryptocurrency are started to be recognized around the world and I believe that this is a great time to get in the market since the price are still cheap. It is still worth it to invest but the ratio of gaining is getting smaller since the bear season started but if you are a long-term investors you will see the worth of your investment in the right time. Today the market is really playing a lot of investors and it tends to put a lot of red on our portfolio it once happen to turn green and that was just last month. I am still investing here and there but not all of them makes me money right now. I have some coins that I hold and some coins that I dump immediately when it made double of the initial investment. Right now it is hard to make money in investing and holding in crypto. But I am still doing well in trading some of my assets even when the market is down. So I guess it is still good.

It is still very rewarding. However, please do not invest all your life savings into crypto. There is still a posibility that it may crash. the volatility has affected the price of the altcoin at all. the price of the coin are pumping and dumping. hardly will you see any good altcoin that will give a great profit. almost every coin do go down at the same time majorly during the weekend and the percentage rise during pumping is low compare to dumping. ETC is around $21 now. this is a coin that was around $34 some weeks ago. even when you buy at lower price, the price might still be lower and when it pump it might not reach the price you buy

Yes its still worth it because some of them are trustworthy but need a searching o get a good ICO to invest. Even there's a lot of ICO came some of them are worth it but once you joined in a good ICO surely you can get have a lot of profits. You just need is search before you participate in ICO.

It is definitely worth investing in cryptocurrencies. Of course, this is risky due to large price fluctuations. A lot of them have great potential for development. If you buy and hold it in a long term, you will definitely earn a lot.

To be honest I'm not investing in ICO I prefer to invest in a well established coin, or coins that belongs in top 20 and I'm planning to hold it for a year. But that's just my opinion, I don't prefer to day trade.
