It usually depends on the country you're located in (the PayPal account precisely) and the country of the issued card (and sometimes on the possible verification process from the wallet). Paypal rules about this vary from country to country, and people usually don't know this, since they don't read the Paypal T&C. It's the same thing when it's about VCC

From my experience you can pretty much use any cards and Paypal will accept it.
I never heard an issue with Crypto Debit card and Paypal mixed together under one Paypal account, but do mind that Paypal might freeze your account and ask for a bank statement linked to your card.
This is a problem if you use prepaid or virtual card as there are no bank statement to be made.
Try it at your own risk, I personally wouldn't try it with how itchy paypal's finger on its freeze button ::)

I think thats the problem with most card which can be reloaded with crypto since they had an issue with Visa

But I know of some people who had used neteller to link to their card with no issue the problem is that since my paypal can buy anything due to the credit card not being affiliated they wont let me pay for almost anything

Based on my experience I used long time ago the visa card of coinizy, where I can deposit and some btc and I used it to link and to verified my paypal account. But that was before, I dunno what's their status now, since I read so many issues and reports from their users.

IIRC there's some thread here that has list of cards services where you can deposit some crypto and used it to many online services and also can connect to paypal.

EDIT:

Don't just use the services mentioned in that thread some of them are now operating this time, some have negative ratings and some have shady too. So try to make your own research before doing something so you will not regret it.

Ah, that's unfortunate, maybe you can use cryptopay.me as I heard so many positive feedbacks but there are some negative too like their exchange rates when you buy/sell are so different from the market and have huge discrepancy And some customer issues. Well that's what I read from what I researched not from my experience.

But if most trustworthy debit cards provider are not allowed on your country I guess you should move on and use some other service instead of debit cards with crypto.

I have a coinizy account, and it just gives me an error upon trying to login. It’s been like that for a few months, and all I can infer from that is Coinizy’s turned to a scam. Looking at their thread confirms this:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1624128.660

I haven’t been able to find any suitable alternatives to Coinizy since. Most others require KYC which is a hassle for me, and even Coinizy (or Kardiz) stated they were going to require KYC to use their VCCs before they turned into a scam.

I has success in adding spectrocoin.com and Wirex cards to my Canadian PayPal account, before these cards were shutdown. All these are prepaid Visa cards so PayPal recognizes them as prepaid card, and it doesn't verify your account AFAIK therefore it makes no difference if you add it or not.

wirex didnt have issues recently?

Do you think a virtual card could work with paypal?

I'm using shakespay before but right now don't know if still working or not... I suggest to you to try any debit cards  listed here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1242788.0
There are some debit cards that you can be ban if they found that your details are fake.
But if you lucky to found vcc or debit card which is not too restricted. you can make multiple accounts and use to make multiple paypal accounts. If you really wanted to make paypal account I suggest to you to use a legit info and own a debit card to make paypal account verified...

Well, Thanks for the information. I need a debit/prepaid card  because, banks in my country  are restricted to allow USD/Any currency payment due to controls and laws .I already have made a paypal account and was verified long ago but the credit card I had used years ago was marked as expired so i need something I could deposit cryptocurrency to show paypal I have an account and they finally would let me buy (since I dont have any linked card)

You can link most debit/credit/prepaid/virtual card on to your paypal, but it is extremely hard to find one that is able to verify your account. If you are looking to verify your account, I would suggest to just buy a VCC to verify it. Back then I used dreamweavervcc to verify my account then just linked my cryptocurrency loadable VCC which I use for my purchases using paypal. Hope that helps.

Ecopayz doesn't seem to accept crypto deposits, and Uquid returns a 403 to American visitors as they seem to block traffic coming from the US. I recall using Coinpayments a while back but not being able to do anything because they required a KYC before I could even use their card- oh well, guess it was worth a shot. I'll probably just end up doing the KYC and then using them anyways, though.

ecopayz has an option to deposit with crypto with coinify https://www.ecopayz.com/en/top-up-options

So from these which would you thnk is actually issuing cards to LatinAmerica/Venezuela?
Spectrocoin,wagecan,wirex,moneypolo? something else?

Do you know any place like coinify (that exchanges the coins for USD) that allow withdrawing the dollars with any kind of card?

the one and only that work for me is cryptopay.me (from my experience), but currently they disable new card order and deactivated all card because got some problem and need wait them to fix that issue.

I already use Cryptopay card, It worked like a charm, but suddenly they disable they cards because there have some issues with a VISA card, In addition I already used Uquid visa virtual card for a period and currently they have the same problem with the bank that provide the cards, I am sure they will provide new cards soon, so for anyone interested kindly checking these two sites that I already mentioned them.

Thanks for your sugestion I already had researched about them today(or yesterday  about uquid) but the thing is I would like to not wait since I couldnt buy anything with paypal without a card linked to paypal(because they have these restrictions)

So you say that any card can be linked to paypal without a problem? anything that is working? or just Ecopayz(wirex is not being accepted by paypal or they are? because their FAQ mentions it couldnt be accepted)

It does work but it's pretty much useless to add it, it'll only work where virtual cards(prepaid cards) can he used as payment so if they have the card payment option you might as well just pay with card. Linking it to PayPal does absolutely nothing.

That is the question, but you can just try. Anyway most crypto loaded debit cards are easy to obtain and does not require a lot of money to to get one. You can link a debit card that has even just $1 on it for verification (make it $2 in case they charge a random $1+ for verification). Though, don't take my word for it. Since my experience with paypal was  about 2 years ago and I've not really added a new card to it ever since I got a local debit card that I linked.

It works, I use virtual visa card and yes, I was selling and buying on ebay. Never ever had problem in buying anything (only wasn't able to buy from chanel.com, gucci.com, sephora and etc, they require billing/shipping adress to be same).
OP it's great for ebay but consider, when you sell item on ebay, you get money on paypal balance.
