What do you think, when will BTC hit 100k or will it never achieve that level?Some have predicted that it will go to 100k and beyond even to 500k or 1M, what do you think?

I still believe that bitcoin will one day reach $100k but it would surprise me if it is within the next 2 years. I see that in time bitcoin can function like a rare limited supply asset such as diamonds. I think perhaps after the next halving we might see $100k so give it another 3/4 years.

It's too much unpredictable to say when will bitcoin hit 100k$ or more! but I think it's will be must hit 100k$ or more, it's my prediction! but I don't guess when it is. what do you think about that?

   I can wrote almost the same with one difference! I believe it will be in next 5 years!
I am patient, and I think I can wait without financial problems from that. When we invest
we need to make sure that we know how long we can wait for investment to be fully
profitable.
    I was not here when last halving occurred, I just read about it. Halving is when reward
for completing a block is just half. If supply is cut by 50%, demand stay the same, or with
Bitcoin will go higher in next year, price needs to rise. It is like that will every market and
all the goods in this economy. Halving will be in 2020, so just year and something more to
that point.

It is quite real that in the near future bitcoin will cost 100 thousand dollars, and this is the minimum. As a maximum, the price may approach the $ 1 million

Maybe in 5 to 10 years, we are going to see bitcoin hit that magical number of 5 or even 6 figures. But its gonna be a long road with many ups and down and challenges along the way.

The key here is to have patience and the mentality to hold and not panic during a crash. Currently, we are in a wild price swings and this will continue up to let say $100K. But eventually we will get there, and by that time bitcoin will be more of a store of wealth rather than micro-payment scheme though.

Bitcoin is an investment that will really surprise anyone. It made a lot of pumps and dumps in the past even reached a new heights in terms of price. Bitcoin may reach these prices next year or after that year since there is a lot of things that drags bitcoin and other digital currencies price down.

If bitcoin up to 100k$ this will certainly not happen in the short term...the vote results is logik,75% of votes its for 5years and i thing that more than this

philosophically speaking it's always on this road.

But for succes Bitcoin must be fast and usefull. At the moment it overvaluated. So, we're waiting for resolving technition issues and mass new investors

100k? It will not happen after 1 or 2 year later.. maybe need 4-5 year to reach 100k

It think it is possible that bitcoin will reach $100k someday but only in the future when more bitcoin will be mined and bitcoins will be even more limited. $100k is the maximum price I think bitcoin can reach and even that is a very hard thing because in order for something to worth $100k or more it needs to be pretty rare. For example gold is the most popular precious metal in the world but still it is not the most expensive while californium 252 is not so popular and most of us dont even heard about it never but it worths 27 million dollars per gram. What maked the difference here is the rarity because you can still mine gold in a lot of places but you cant find californium 252 only on a few places on earth.

Hopefully, but I hope it happens in a short time. Because something over valued can be not good for it's market. We've experienced it, last year, when Bitcoin still at price of $ 800 then rocketing up to 20k before end of the year, and after we got a very dip fall, almost all coins crash, the market falls.

Bitcoin have seen an outstanding rising last year. who knows it can happen again. It is true ,that it is facing come problems these days.But, i think that all these problems will be solved. When will bitcoin reach that level?. If i have to guess, i would say that it will happen in the far future. I don't know when but it will happen in a summer. Because that is when all cash flows are at their peeks.

I think that in 3-4 years

I think we will see new records of the price of Bitcoin in the second half of this year. And next 3 years it gets 100K USD.

Not too soon but yeah it can happen. Many experts said bitcoin would hit $50k in 2018. Let's see if that happens or not. It would still probably take 3-5+ years to reach $100k I think.

Bitcoin could reach $ 100k and surprise people. Last year a mirror for that. If bitcoin gets harder, the value will be higher. For a matter of when, I think it's more than five years into the future.

100k is still achievable this year, although it may not be easy. However, it's still Q1 of 2018, there's still a lot of time and literally anything can happen, from down to 4000$ to even 6 figures. Bitcoin is a rollercoaster and such fun is not for everybody.

Its well known that anything can happen in the crypto world, so i wont be surprised if the price hits that mark very soon. Just imagine two of the countries that have banned ICOs deciding to make it legal tomorrow, we will definitely be seeing a price rise in all coins which will definately lead to an increase in the price of bitcoin too. So probably. the price can hit 100k in the next few years.

if you look at the price now, it will need a quite some time too reach $100k.
there are no certain time that bitcoin price will surpass beyond $100k, but we all hoping that.

The bitcoin price will increase even more. Bitcoin experts said that 2018 bitcoin will increase from $ 4,000 to $ 5,000. Especially up to 2027 will increase from 25,000 to 50,000 USD. So the future bitcoin will attract a lot of investors. Feel free to play bitcoin in the near future.

I don't think that bitcoin will hit $100K because that price is so high, and for me it will not happen. That is not realistic, i think it will hit 50K but not 100k.  That is so hard to achieve that price.

Touching 100 k dollars in near future seems impossible.  It can be true if all the governments declare as legal and start supporting it otherwise it may take around 30 years.

bYes i agree on that, i also think that bitcoin may having a hard time to reach $100k in a short period of time, i believe it will run a decade for bitcoin to reach that value.However the possibility is always there, because we all know that btc has a high volatility and no one can really predict re current and the future of its amazing price.

well I hope so it should hit hundred thousand and it will hit that mark don't know when I think five to ten years down the line or more it should hit that mark

My humble opinion regarding the subject is that bitcoin may have the possibility to grow up to $100K USD in the next 5 years. With this, for as long as there will be more investors coming in then surely this may achieve it's goal in reaching the $100K mark. The higher the demand and a limited supply, no doubt it will soon to grow as expected and hoping this will happen when that time comes.

it was an incredible price. when bitcoin prices reach $ 100k, it's no longer a very good investment tool, but, people will think it's a very good investment, but they're late. I also hope that bitcoin has such a high price.

It will all be achieved, it's just that we need time to be patient, and in the next 5 years I'm sure it can happen and come true with what you expect.

I think when most countries in the world recognize the BTC and the digital cryptographic currency, BTC has the potential to grow significantly!

when , idk , with halving in 2020, i can see atleast 20k by 2020, our sentiment now is bad, we're labelled the biggest ponza in the word , imo if more implementation of bitcoin, especially lightning really deliver what it promises, i think 25k is possible, 100k maybe 2023

I believe bitcoin hasn't reach it's highest market value yet and it was just last year where bitcoin and the rest of alt coins are starting to bloom so there is still a room for improvements for them. As what was predicted by experts, it's 2020-2022 where we can see bitcoin's price to reach new heights.

I really hope the rate reaches $ 100k or at least $ 50k is enough, now bitcoin makes me anxious for not making the price up significantly, I wait for that moment

the most important thing for me right now, bitcoin grows slowly it's pretty good for the current situation. it's hard to reach 100k $. the fact will always be a barrier for bitcoin to grow. with all the rumors and countries trying to destroy bitcoin. but I agree more, bitcoin does not reach 100k. because it will be more difficult to buy by new investors and is not good for market development.

I think bitcoin has the potential to reach $ 100k. However, I think it takes a long journey to reach it. When did it happen? We can only predict whether this year, next year, or even five years to come.

Will that would be a higher price of bitcoin in the future o dont say cant achieve that in the future but if that would happen it would be a long years from now.

Every thing is possible if we look at the crypto specially Bitcoin previous price history as Bitcoin is now at 1000 times more price then beginning so it may possible that one day (no time frame) Bitcoin will cross or reach $100k.

Five years is a long wait in life and in business.     

I don't think bitcoin Will reach 100k even it in 5 years or more because the current market is so hard to reach 20k again, bitcoin is always unpredictable no matter how much we expect bitcoin price to increase but actually bitcoin price more often decrease than increase.

I think it's very high price, I can not predict the price of bitcoin as high as that. but my expectation is to expect the bitcoin value to keep increasing, not even reaching $ 1k because it takes a very long time.

I think it will not reach that price even $50,000 because of the high fee, but if there is some kind of technology that can reduce the fee of bitcoin, then possible it will reach $100k.

For me it is not very high fees because it has may benefits foe the people as it can make them earn high amount of money so if they will pay for the miner fees of the fast transaction it is not a big deal mate, but the problem is people want profit only but they are not ready to give anything back for it, so as much as the bitcoin is famous it is because of fast transaction and increasing price that use to increase so for me bitcoin is going to be 100k dollar this year, it is already high enough.

I wouldn't say that it will never achieve. I never expected even before that bitcoin can reach $15,000 - $20,000 but now its back to $8,000 which is still a fine price for those who entered bitcoin lower than $1,000. $100,000 can be reached maybe after 2-3 years.
John McAfee even said before that bitcoin will be $500,000 on 2022 but it was changed to $1,000,000. Let's see if it will.

Why do people still take that clown serious? It's a freaking billionaire wasting his time on making noobs buy utter shitcoins, to later unload his stash on them and walk out with a few thousand bucks in profits. It makes zero sense that a billionaire degrades himself to such a low level, and that for pocket change. He once has gone so far, that he faked his Twitter account hack, blaming hackers for recommending his followers to buy certain shitcoins. He got his ass busted, but managed to fool the media and his followers. If we look at the Winklevoss twins, or Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao, they are actually doing something for crypto. What is McAfee doing aside from being a loud-mouthed imbecile? Nothing.

I do not think it can be shown with time, because all this time the bitcoin price has gone up or down is the news that has been made by influential people. actually if there is no FUD then this year any bitcoin will be able to reach the price, there surely are a handful of people do not want it so they toying with prices with the bad news they make.

Yes there seems to be lots of FUD concerning lots of coins and including BTC. Some of it's justified some isnt like throwing baby out with bath water but we will see the nearterm price moves and charting analysis.

Well ir will take a longer time for the value of Bitcoin ti hit $100000 for reason been that the decline trends Bitcoin has witness in last tree months will take a longer time for its recovery let a lone reaching such a height.

Before when he predicted bitcoin will reach $500,000 soon I'm believed him and after saying that it can go to $1,000,000 I still believed him. But after giving himself a bunch of attention by shilling a lot of altcoins through his twitter I'm starting to doubt him. Well it's a sad fact on my opinion to him and believed that bitcoin will reach $500,000 - $1,000,000 but who knows, there's no harm on believing with such high speculations. But yeah you are right, those other personalities are even doing pretty good job than him.

of course, it will take a long time, maybe 2-3 years ahead. everything is possible, but no one knows more precisely. for example when 2017 bitcoin prices increase and almost reach $20k, and that the price never expected to reach that level. so I'm sure one day bitcoin will hit $100k :)

In essence just do not be too hopeful, too hopeful it's not good.
Anyhow., for $100k it's still very so far and also there are many things/other things that we do not knowing that can affect to the price and the popularity of bitcoin.
Well., I think it's better if just take advantage of all conditions without too expect more or more thinking too far on a predictable thing.

the best today would be to earn on the difference in the price of Bitcoin, rather than expect a ghostly $ 100,000 price. need specialists and analysts express quite positive points about the drug, as well as Bitcoin, but nevertheless, the current situation in the market a little scares.

So far i seen, many party now against Bitcoin, idk what's going on, are a discussion to make the regulation going to stuck?

I think bitcoin will no go up to $100K. Because there are so many hindrances along bitcoins way. And the value of bitcoin now keeps on moving. Noone knows in this forum what will be its value in the future.

There's always a possibility to achieve that value in the future. But on this year  it's impossible to happen due to some cuases why people always panic selling . So the most important now is to give a big support on it. And promote it tech through good way until the price gains more . Maybe it can help to manipulate the price again and i think even 19k is enough for this year.
