Friends + me are in the move of planing an ico pool based on a smart contract. I'd like to know from you if its legal or where to find a quality answer to my question if it is forbidden to do so? Please don't post ICO related questions here. Before posting something, choose the suitable section. Otherwise, you are just spamming around.No one will ever answer your question. Posting unrelated things in the forums has been a big problem here.
Ask your question in a suitable section like Altcoin discussion. Then the question will be answered. Quote 14.
