I'm sorry to hear you got ripped off. Were you not aware that PayPal is extremely risky and that you should not accept it?

yeah, had no idea it can be reversed like this.. seems pretty flawed.

Any idea what the time limitation is for reversals ?

Hi,

Can you please remove this thread. My hotmail account (irtza_kalim@hotmail.com) was hacked(my fault easy password). The person who hacked my account then requested a reset for Ebay and PayPal and bought some bitcoins. I did not not know what bitcoins were at that point. I did not make the purchase so asked for a refund from PayPal and Paypal gave the refund as my case was genuine.

I am not a scammer and if you check my ebay feedback before that point was a 100% positive. I have actually stopped using Ebay after that.

This is thread is effecting my life when you google my name, this comes up with all my details. This same person has created a threads on other forums as well.

Please can you help and delete this thread. I am not a scammer and have never purchased or used bitcoins in my life.

Kindest regards
Irtza

Well I never. Care to provide some evidence that you were hacked? Otherwise you might be executing the, like, perfect crime.

I smell some bullshit all up in this piece.  OP you're not a newbie here so how did you miss the warnings?  In any case, learn from your mistake and if you're going to deal with PayPal, at the very minimum deal with someone on here who's got positive trust and even then it's no guarantee.

Except for the fact that if you didn't notice, the thread link you posted, was created by the same poster that created this thread.

I'm confused as to what you claim you exactly found  ???

That isn't proof of anything. Doesn't prove the person who is accused really did scam.

In case anybody couldn't read, the person who's details have been posted, keep showing up on google, which is why after 5 years after the incident, he had posted above claiming his account at the time was hacked and was used to scam in which then the accused person stopped using ebay overall.

If you go on his ebay account posted above, you can clearly see there has not been any feed back since 2011, same time the person who hacked his ebay scammed op.

5 years later, when potential employers, or whoever searches his name, this scam incident shows up which he wasn't responsible for.

Scam reports on google results were all created by OP, the same person.

OP may have destroyed this guy's life over something he really wasn't responsible for.

Does no one realise that this was posted in 2011?..
It was bumped by apparently the real owner of the email that got hacked.
Lol, search up Irtza Kalim on Google & you see multiple scam reports.

@Robertt - Link to these alleged scam reports? I mean, one that wasn't posted by OP aka xcooling.

@ps_jb - You did nothing but link OP back to the same post he created on a different community. How's that proof??

All the idiots replying here seems to have missed the part where the owner stated above that

"This is thread is effecting my life when you google my name, this comes up with all my details. This same person has created threads on other forums as well."

Both posters above re-stated what was already addressed by the supposed owner. Yes, there are multiple scam accusations, but by THE SAME PERSON, not multiple people.

Lol.

Either way, this is a grave digging. OP hasn't logged on since 2014 and the likelihood he'll come back and delete this thread for the supposed owner is slim to none.

I suppose, Irtza could send him a private message which would then send an email notification to the OP, granted he's still alive in real life, or still uses the email he registered his account with.

Lol.

I'm not against him, I'm not sure if he was the scammer or not but if he wasn't it really isn't fair for his name to come up in all these scam reports.
Doesn't look like the user who posted them is on or was on any time lately, so there goes that.
Staff probably won't remove the thread, and even if they do it will still show up on google.

Never ever ever trade btc with unknown individuals through PayPal.

First of off PayPal has negative affinity towards btc and they will ban your account if they find you doing any btc related trade.
Secondly you have dealt with an individual on Facebook whom you though might be real. Anyone can create an account in seconds with fake identity and address.

So stay away from trading in Facebook.

Sorry to hear about that, that is the big problem with paypal, scammer can just do a chargeback and there goes your bitcoins :(
