Property taxes are 3% annually. There is a $200 permit fee for rental. I don't believe there is an increase in taxes. The taxes assed for 2012 are higher because when I bought it from the auction 2012 taxes and all back taxes were paid.

It's an annual permit as well.

Great to see a house being sold for BTC

On something this valuable curious why you choose not to link the price to the $ amount as small changes in BTC can make a huge difference in the cost and could put buyers off or cost you a lot of money.

Currently the starting bid is $10,000 more than it's advertised for no doubt due to the spike in the last day.

Anyway good luck with your sale :)

Wow, I just looked at the price of BTC.
Moderator can you change my original listing to starting bid is $62,000 USD buy it now is $69,900 USD and that the final winning bid will be converted to BTC in the following manor; at the time of 20% deposit said amount will be converted to BTC value at that time. Remaining balance will be converted at the time it is received.

So no bitnaires are looking for investment property huh?

New bidding structure based on BTC ever changing value.
Bidding starts at $62,000 USD
Buy it now is $69,900 USD
Bid in increments of $500
Conversion of USD to bitcoin will be done at time of 20% deposit and time of final payment based on coinbase rates.

I think we would like some photos of this establishment and an inspection before anyone makes a serious bid.

Maybe you should follow the link in the original post which takes you to the Zillow page that has photos and all the info. Also for future reference all home sales include an inspection and appraisal of the property.
