Title: Where should a person incorporate his crypto business? Post by: BTC Turkiye on March 16, 2018, 08:14:12 AM I`m starting my own crypto investment company and so far based on my research s-corp made the most sense. At least tax-wise. But I`m not sure where to register the business. I`m not really going to have customers nor I need a physical office/store. I do my own investments (bots, arbitrage, day/swing trading etc.) and make money.
Some say Delaware or Wyoming or S. Dakota are the best for some privacy or tax reasons for an s-corp but I`m not sure as this is going to be my first business ever registered :) So I`d greatly appreciate if someone can give me some business advice on this. Thanks |
