Bitcoin and Crypto Markets Continue Their Slide…But Why?!

There is opinion that the reason that market is low now and there are a lot of news like 'btc will go to 3000$' and a lot of predictions that cryptocurrencies will go down further is that there are speculations of some whales. They will buy big amount of coins when panic make it's price smaller.

There have been a lot of things looming over the market such as Kobayashi dumping coins and google banning ads, it seems now all that is really left is the G20 summit that's coming in the next few days. There was some positive news from a leaked cover document that states that their discussion will be around the benefits of cryptocurrency and how to regulate it in a way that stops illegal activities but doesn't limit its growth.

I think than the main reason is not good news that Google will ban all cryptocurrency-related advertising. But there are not fundamental reason to slide down bitcoin or other Crypto.

There is no development on the regulatory issue. Everyone is waiting for it, but it is a slow process.
On the other hand there is no new technological advancements that ease adoption.
And lastly, everyone now knows about crypto including grandmas. Whoever wanted to enter did it in December. No new fresh believers for now.

The problem is that there is not only one reason but many reasons which have piled up for the ongoing event of red market trend. Firstly it was just governments which were trying hard to get Bitcoin and other coins down but now many big names are also included in the list . The ad ban of google and Facebook has worsen the situation . Moreover the big see off by Mt Gox has further helped for the slide .

indeed, it also seems to me that crippling currencies are falling due to the fact that large companies are negatively related to the ICO. but I think soon GOOGLE and FACEBOOK will change their policy on ICO and the course will grow

It  wont be sliding further if people like you wont be doing panic selling because it could worsen the bad situation of the market,imagine if people like you lets say 30% of the traders will do panic selling the market will surely going down exponentially,so you need to calm down and breathe so that you wont be doing such things,the market will recover.

I agree the market will going to bleed more when most of the people are doing panic selling,weakhands will alway fall and those strong holders will win the game,this is how the market works that is why we need to get a long with these market manipulators.It is very hard for the first timers when they are seeing their portfolio are down by 50% but it is harder when you are here for a long time and you still experiencing 70% losses.

Do not panic,that is the best thing you can do.

All markets run in cycles. There are always bull and bear phase. After December's bull run last year, a bear phase was very well expected. Market always goes correction after such massive and ridiculous growth.  Added to that, not much new money is entering  the market now. So, the whales have started playing with the market using bots and algos, in order to earn some profit. So, most of the holders are getting rekt and exiting.

Because most of the newbies are doing panic selling when their portfolios are down to 50% you wont see the best of cryptocurrencies if you are too scared to lose everything,the market will recover and nothing is new about these ups and downs.The market cycles and it wont be always in green sometimes it needs to bleed so that the whole market will breathe.

The downward slide of bitcoin and other cryptomarkets is partly due to the new google as policies which are to be implemented by June this year. It has taken measures to prevent fraud scams through google ads and clickbait. It has encountered a lot of amount of ads violating google ads rules. As the cryptocurrencies are the hot topic right now there might be people who will definitely try to scam in the name of crypto, so to prevent that it has taken appropriate measures.
Panic selling and all other reasons are the ones which result in a small drop but this particular drop is somewhat due to googles new policy!

The collapse of the market over the last two months is "managed" in my opinion by large banking groups and "strong powers" that manipulate and spread bad news to be able to buy as low as possible and speculate. I hope that next week positive news will come from the G20, in any case the market will soon recover

You need to know how the market behaves,how it works so that everytime the market shows bearish trend you could save your ass from getting trapped with the altcoins,stick with the bitcoin and wait for it to dip so that you would be able to buy from the bottom after the market has recovered you could sell the cheap altcoins you got,im sure you will have a lot of gains.

Because weak people are doing panic selling that causes a lot of damage in the bad market situation that these big players has done.Calm down and give the market sometime to recover,doing panic selling surely stupidity when you are trading with a losing outcome,do not try to sell your altcoins in panic because you will recover what you have lost when the market has started to get recovered.

The bitcoin's support is strong at the $8k levels that is why our market wont fall any further,if that support would break we would see another $6k levels or worst $3k that is why we need to check bitcoin's movements from time to time so we could prevent any further damage,the only reason why the market will fall is because most of the people are doing panic selling which is wrong.

Because most of the people are doing stupid things,getting FOMO and panic selling could only worsen the market situation,instead of helping yourself it could be the reason why ou would lose a lot of money or you could lose everything you invested,do not let ohers make you FOMO,read the charts carefully analyze what is the best thing to do and im sure you wont panic.

No one really knows the cause of this. I want to believe that the fall is due to the actions of most common market participants. Bad, if the market is controllable by a group of large whales, since the idea of crypto currency is destroyed in this way.

And in this early year we get so much Bad news from another country. Starting from china and US banning cryptocurrency and now facebook and google also ban on crypto related ads
Panic people is normal, at least they still can save their money for another buyback when we got a Big good news

It will continue to slide down until the market manipulators started to buy those cheaper altcoins,most of the people are panic selling that is why the market has once again bleed,we shouldnt be doing that because these manipulators loves to see us in panic because they could buy a lot of cheap altcoins and they will push up the market again that is how the market cycles.

For me there are many factors to be considered but first and foremost it is market manipulations from the big players who are making millions of dollars from these crashes or bloodbaths,and we should learn now to get along with these people so we would know how will the market behaves,so we can adopt to any situation we are into.

Fundamentals has some impact to the people's mind that is why we need to take a look with these news be updated as possible,do not panic sell if the market has started to crash so that you wont be helping these big players to pull down the market,financial institutions loves to see us in panic so they could buyback from the the dips,we need to do the same so that we wont be affected too much.

It will only stop when these giant players,financial institutions are done taking their profits and if they are started to buy cheap altcoins that would be the start or market reversal trend,because buying from the dips with billions of dollars could push the market up and that is how these big players are doing to get millions of dollars easily.

There are actually several news and reasons behind the current market dip issues. News such as Google banning every Cryptos related stuffs co-joined with news such as China, S.Korea wanting to ban cryptocurrencies is just alarming. I just hope all of this Fud ends soon, so market can be stable again

There are al lot of newbies around forum worrying about downtrend markets. The expectations are real and the only thing you are supposed to do is holding your coins till market recovery begins. Crypto maarkets are volatile and volatility will be on other side of chart one day :)

It wont stop until these big players are going to stop selling their profits,after they took their profits that market will be stable and going back to normal as they are started buying cheap altcoins from the dips,this is how the market works big players will always decide how will the market moves,so do not try to oppose the movements or you will get rekt.

Because most of the people do panic when they see the market has started to fail,not knowing it could be the reason why they will lose a lot because the market could crash and rise in just the matter of time,that is why holding is suggested when you are trapped with these altcoins,you wont need to sell your coins in panic because it will only worsen the situation.

Because weak hands are selling their coins in panic,not knowing that thes. big players wanted us to get panicked so that most of these noob traders will do panic selling getting the market to the bottom,then these people will buy from the dips acquiring too cheap altcoins from their normal prices,what will happen is that these people will make millions of dollars from the manipulations like this.

All these coasters are for one simple reason:
In the market, major players are now playing a new strategy, they are pushing the market in different directions, with big capital, so many people want to earn money and go to margin trading, and here they start to cut their money.And big players earn a lot of money on this

It wont stop until those big players will be satisfied to their profits,this is how the market cycles and you need to get along with these people so that you wont be much affected by these bloodbaths,plus it would open some doors for the few smart people like me to get those altcoins in cheaper prices compare to the normal market prices of these shitcoins.

It could be the FUDs,negative news really going to have  a lot of impact to our community because noob and newbie investors are too scared to these things,as soon as the market has started to fail these people are going to do panic selling that is why the market situation will be worst.But those people who are taking advantage the situation like me would be more happy with these bloodbaths because i can still gain profits,by simply buying from the dips and take profits when the market has recovered.

IMO this isnt a new thing to most of us,we know that these big players will always dictate how will the market moves,just like what bitcoin is doing with the altcoins all of bitcoin's movements will affect those altcoins just like these big players are doing that affect small fishes like us,they are the responsible of these bloodbaths ,taking profits until the prices are down.

And yes, it is quite old, it is from last week and we all know that it didn't affected the price much, so no, for me this is something big, but a "big" bullshit.

1/ The fluctuating technical structure of cryptocurrencies & their unstable market
2/ Whales affect that's aiming to minimise prices.
3/ Panic sell from .
4/ Some websites & social media tools which spread rumors & fake news about cryptocurrencies

No,manipulations from the financial institution is the main reason why the market has been failing,did you see that candles from bitcoin's 1minute chart? that is + - $200 every candle and you cant manipulate a single candle without billions of dollars so it is definitely the financial institutions its either the CME or Wallstreet is doing this shit.

We never know when it's "sliding" and when it's undervalued, looking back to January the whole market was overvalued, but it's easy to talk later.

The main reason would be the FUDs that are spreading,but theres a lot of factors to consider including the market trend ,whales and big players cashing out,financial institution's manipulations would be the main factors and as a normal user/investor you should know the risk of getting into a volatile market and this wont be so new for those who are here for a long time.

I believe that all the blame is bad news, Google prohibits advertising ICO, tighter regulation of cryptocurrency all this affects the cost.

That wont be true,facebook and google has the same FUD from the past,why would people's mindset be different with google's ?? if you really know technical analysis you will notice that the bitcoin's price is so manipulated the candles are being manipulated by the financial institutions in the 1min-5min charts yesterday and it could be worst today as they are taking profits now the market will soon recover after these giants are satisfied.

Because people withdraw money from the crypto currency.
Soon the summit20. Before summit special understated the price tag, so that the rich would buy cheap cryptocurrency)

I have noticed too that the bitcoin's price was manipulated to take its price down so these financial institutions would get a lot of bitcoins in cheaper prices,that is why i am sticking with the USD whenever these giants wants to take bitcoin's price down.I am strictly monitoring bitcoin's price because these people are doing this intentionally so they can make millions of dollars from these manipulations.

whales manipulate the price because they own a huge portion of bitcoin and altcoins. when price is falling other will follow either to minimize the loss or panic selling. maybe it will go lower until whales decided to stop and earn their gains again.
