Does anyone know a good crypto casino with none of those policy’s where u win a great amount you have to send documents?

Most of the crypto casinos never ask for documents if you win a big amount.

You can check casinos like primedice for a dice game.
Crypto-games for a dice game and along with that few other games also you can play with many coins.
and fortunejack site for many different verities of slots games and they do also have a dice game to play. There also you can choose few altcoins to play a game.

Alot of them do not require you to submit any documents.
Those who do only ask for it because they are processing the documents to verify the person is who they say they are. It is for kyc/aml compliance from whatever country they are operating out of so it is needed by those countries laws to have them.
Usually they are listed in their terms of service before you sign up for an account on the site where you are planning on playing and gambling for a site.

As for as I know all the dice sites I have been playing on have not asked for such verification in order to ask for a withdrawal of your funds no matter how much you win with using their site.

The ones who usually do have a full blown casino with slot games and poker table play involved.
Those are the ones where players win a lot of bitcoin and usually end up in sums of over the minimum amount that those casinos are allowed to dispense to winners at one time.

Basically the ones which require documents only do it for 1 of 2 reasons.

There are a lot of cases in which scam casinos like Sportsbet and Bitcasino have kept people money. About more than one year ago they kept 21 Bitcoins from a player where he had deposited 15 Bitcoins and won 6 Bitcoins playing. They come up with different excuses from tainted bitcoin to requiring KYC/AML procedures.

I wonder how do casinos know that they are tainted bitcoins even if they really are, the user may have mixed them perfectly. I believe casinos who do this don't want to pay the user.

Casinos who most likely ask identification and several documents because you are withdrawing a considerable amount are scam casinos. Usually they do this in order to stall the withdrawal or even stop the withdrawal at all as they really don't want you to win anything from them. Identification and necessary documents must be done in one of the initial steps of a casino if they need it for legal basis in order for you to bet in the first place. I have seen several cases like this and all of them never pay out at the end.
