I'm in the process of building a platform exclusively for SEC Reg D equity based tokens. The platform pre-screens potential offerings and only accepts around 1% of those approved. Its not purely crypto, people can also issue traditional equity shares in a C-Corp. The website is still really developmental and templatey, but its EquityUp.io Anyone have any suggestions or tips?
