All Of Art — is a non-profit decentralized web-platform. The platform is a combination of three components:

1. Online search of artworks based on a neural network.
2. Social aggregator for the art community;
3. Art gallery where artworks are sold by artists without any transaction or volume-based fees.

All Of Art will provide access to the platform with multi-million audience for thousands of artists all over the world. It will offer to millions of customers a great selection of artworks. Search engine of the platform will be based on a neural network. Purchase will occur without any extra charge (no transaction or volume-based fees), because the artists themselves will control the platform using an open blockchain.




The idea of a decentralized trade platform controlled by the creators of artworks and in the interest of them came to a world-known businessman in art production, Dmitry Afremov, when he was working on the ways to attract artists to an International Association of Artists.

Working in a segment of exclusive paintings, he noticed that a platform, which could let other independent artists find their customer and increase the sales without a devastating struggle for a limited amount of places in shopwindows of bigger sellers and dealers of unoriginal pieces, with whom they do not even have a matching target audience, is in popular demand.




Online search of artworks based on a neural network

Search engine All Of Art will be used in two directions:
 
1. Semantical – search by keywords: having only the description of a desired painting (color palette, topic, genre etc.), All Of Art platform user will see a list of the most relevant paintings for his request in the search results;

2. Graphic – search by an image (a photo or a screenshot): All Of Art platform user will be able to find a picture on the website if he has its photo or screenshot. Search engine will also offer to userstylistically similar artworks, which are of the same genre and similar art works by popular authors.

Social aggregator for the art community

All Of Art platform will propose genius social aggregator for artists who will be presented on All Of Art platform and wish to actively promote their works in social networks. Social aggregator will work as one innovative client for all known social networks.
The artists will be able to sell their artworks directly to the customer using the platform. All Of Art platform is a non-profit organization without any transaction or volume-based fees.


Art gallery where artworks are sold by artists without any transaction or volume-based fees

All paintings and other art pieces will be sold direct from the artist to the customer, so the price will always be real, which is profitable for the seller as well as for the customer. At least they do not have to pay a commission, which is included in the price on typical online marketplaces.
The platform will be a business incubator for the creators of art. Artists all over the world who cannot afford access to big international marketplaces yet, will get form All Of Art an access to a multimillion audience. Customers will be able to find paintings and other art pieces created by local and beginning artists who are not presented on other platforms.





General regulations about AllOfArt token

1.   AllOfArt token is a digital token on the Waves platform;
2.   AllOfArt token is an utility token. This product is not a digital currency, security, commodity or any other type of financial instrument and has not been registered under securities laws of any state of the United States or securities laws of any other country, including securities laws of any jurisdiction, in which the potential owner of Token is a resident.
3.   AllOfArt token is not intended for sale or use in any jurisdiction where the sale or use of digital tokens may be prohibited.
4.   AllOfArt token does not give any other rights in any form, including but not limited to ownership, distribution, redemption, liquidation, acquisition of property (including all forms of intellectual property) or other financial or legal rights, except those specifically described in this document.
5.   Issue of tokens is made once in the maximum amount of 20 millions
6.   Nominal value of AllOfArt token is $1;
7.   Limited pre-placement of the token will occur during the pre-sale of tokens in the first half of 2018;
8.   AllOfArt tokens placed during the pre-sale will be sold with a 20% discount, at a price of $ 0.8;
9.   The total number of tokens for sale will be 14 millions.
10.   Another 30% is added from the reserved balance of the issued tokens and distributed as follows:
a.   25% - to the team, founders, project advisers and early tokens buyers;
b.   5% - reward for the results of the bounty campaign;
11.   70% of the tokens accrued to the founders shall have delayed possibility of withdrawal for 9 months or until the launch of the public beta of the All Of Art platform, if it occurs earlier;
12.   Repeated and additional issue of the tokens is not allowed by the terms of the creations tokens on Waves platform;
13.   Unsold and unallocated tokens will be destroyed immediately after the end of the campaign;
14.   AllOfArt tokens holders will be able to forward, receive and store them in Waves platform.


The distribution of AllOfArt tokens

•   The tokens sold during crowdsale are taken for 70%;
•   Additionally, 25% of tokens are issued for the founders, councilors and key members of All of Art crowdfunding campaign;
•   5% of tokens are emitted additionally as a reward to the bounty who supported the project on a preselling and selling stages;
•   The remaining unclaimed AllOfArt tokens will be destroyed.






Q4, 2017: The idea of the project. Involvement of advisors and funding for carrying out a
crowdfunding campaign;

Q1-Q2, 2018: Fund-raising for finance development and launching of the marketplace by selling
AllOfArt tokens;

Q2-Q3, 2018: Development of the alfa-version of the platform, attraction of artists;

Q4, 2018: Go-live of a public beta-version of the project;

Q1, 2019: Go-live of the platform

Q2, 2019: Development of decentralized system based on an open blockchain technology for the
management of the platform by artists;

Q3, 2019: Testing of decentralized system, preparation for the transfer of platform management
to authors of works of art.

Q4, 2019: Transferring control of the platform to the artists.

I have already seen projects where a neural network was used to analyze various images. Right now, it is really difficult to configure such recognition. If you have good specialists in the team, you will manage everything. Neural networks are very complex systems technically. I will observe the development.
