ok, im so confused now,,i have zcore wallet version 1.0.0.0 and have 24k coins in it..now i see theres a new wallet, version 1.5.1.0.. so in installed the new wallet, it made
its own new folder in roaming...so i tryed to put wallet.dat in it. but won't show my coins,, is there another coin called zcore, or did i miss something..anyone help?

And more importantly, how is the private key generated? Where is it stored? Can I make a backup?

I cant believe it. Normaly i am only investing in top tier projects. But this coin is so cheap, therefore i thought i give it a try.
What shall i say..wallet is top and Masternode creation is even for noobs easy. They even have a 24/7 customer support.

Want to continue with more. But will eventually want to save a little. Going in to it, I kinda "assumed" when payment rolls around i might have the option to pay for a longer period with a savings bonus :)

It might not be a bad Idea to look into giving users a chance at their monthly renewal time etc to have that option offered. After all it would help you to retain users by getting them away from monthly commitments. (beyond the offers made up front when choosing a plan lol) now if everyone setting up a node is going 3-12 months at a time, well forget all I am saying :D

Lots of competition (or will be) out there and even though its more aggravating to set your own VPS, there is some advantages that way as well. Just looking at from a business standpoint.

Focus on volume, its worked for me in business lol

So far I'm very happy with everything ;)

And certainly do not mind paying a bit more for reliable service and convenience :)

Sure you have the option to change your plan.
Each plan is paid totally, but the price calculated is monthly, so you'll have to wait your plan finish or aggregate a new proposal submitting a request to support.
But all plans are efficiently made to all "tastes", any other offer could be made from user initiative.

No, please do some research about blockchain forks.

After the defined timestamp 1535760000, all block hashes are generated using Lyra2z algorithm.

When your wallet is synchronizing, it will use only NeoScrypt from block 0 until the last block generated before 1535760000, then it starts using Lyra2z.

If you use an old wallet, it won't sync blocks generated after timestamp 1535760000, because it can't decode Lyra2z hashes using NeoScrypt.

Timestamp 1535760000 refers to 09/01/2018 @ 12:00 am (UTC)

Nothing is lost!

Ok, so just basically repeat the steps as i did the first time with the coin and add the end results to my conf file for that coin and it starts the 2nd masternodes I presume. I guess the billing cycle will apply to each nodes start date even if in the same wallet.

Another question: I need to update my Bit Money wallet. Once done will it also update the VPS hosted wallet? Usually wallet updates are not synchronous, meaning that both wallets needs manual update.
Update request/verification can be submitted directly in our support channel.

The locked amount will depend upon wallet structures, usually Masternode wallet unlocks the collateral when disabled, which occur in update.

If the amount doesnt match with the required, you wont be able to setup the masternode.

Would there be any good reason that my wallet show me 4.69 zcr and only 4 transactions, while on the pool i mined 17 zcr and the pool shows around 16 transactions to my wallet ?

im using score-qt on linux. looks like synced with network, tried a rescan of blockchain without any success.
Looks like 13zcc are in the wild but not in my wallet.

Also, explain to me how asking for private keys in my local wallet would help in any way with setting up sentinel. Also consider that I run a shared masternode service and host 85 masternodes in addition to being a BTCZ dev and an advisor to Safecoin. None of this is new to me.

That's what I liked about this project, that the coin really works, you can buy certain services for it, keep in touch, follow and participate in the project from the very beginning. Now there are a lot of coins on the market, and so, looking the truth in our eyes, we see that there are really coins for which you can buy, coins that are really used for some reason, not just for storage or transfers, but for buying, services or things, there are Bitcoincache BCH, you can buy asics for it. there is a LTC coin and bitcoin, the rest of the coins for the most part are nothing. The same eth, they do what they do all the time, modify, smart contracts, ecosystem, all this husk, while the result is not enough. and ZCR really works, although the volumes are not large, but everything works. ;)

The very intimidating part of every project is the swap, I don't know why so many developer imposes this type of scheme, I have many of coins that i've been hold for months the other are for year, suddenly after im done checking their updates i saw that they've done swap things in their coin. Sometime the swap decrease your holding coins and sometimes it's value.

The dev who supported ZCore left last May 2021 to pursue other interests and has not been replaced — possibly due to lack of funds. This could explain why ZCore support is closed.
Also, numerous people have complained that their masternodes have stopped working and are unable to restart them, hence are losing rewards.

Why would a key member of the dev team leave ZCore (unless there was a major disagreement within the team or the business is slowly losing money)?

The main dev, Erick, is a good developer but even he will be challenged to keep up development and look after support. So in that sense you would be right about the one-man band.

The ZCore project is entering a dangerous stage right now:

— all it’s coin/tokens reached ATL (All Time Lows) over the last few days;
ZCR ATL = 10 Sep 21,
Zefi ATL = 13 Sep 21,
ZCRT = stuck at its ATL since April 21.

The tech is pretty good with nice wallets, mobile apps, DEFI platform and a payment card — but the problem is squarely on its poor leadership and business execution. ZCore’s CEO has found it challenging to define a clear strategy for growing the project.

With lack of new investors joining, lack of proper marketing strategy, lack of tech support, lack of community engagement, lack of company funds to pay bills (watch out for frequent large sell dumps on the markets to raise company funds), and the departure of a key team member from the company, it’s now a question of how long can investor pain continue.

In the meantime, the pace of new ATLs continue to be reached more frequently now. Only time will tell how this will end…
