All profit shares will be deposited in the form of Ethereum to RBIT Token holders ETH wallets. The way we keep track of who receives profit shares is by, logging all of the ETH address that have RBIT Tokens in them. Every wallet that has RBIT Tokens in it will receive profit shares

How do the profit shares work?

Profit sharing happens on the last Sunday of every month. R-Bit tracks the ETH adresses that hold all of the RBIT Tokens from the token sale until, well forever... and deposits Ethereum into each Token holders ETH Wallet when the profit sharing happens. The profits are shared based on how many tokens you hold. Also R-Bit is going to burn any unsold RBIT Tokens at the end of the Sale to increase the value of the token holders tokens which will also increase their share of the profits.

So if you buy 10000 RBIT Tokens and all 200,000,000 tokens were sold during the token sale. and lets say R-Bit's algorithm brings in 2,000,000 in profit one month.

Then to find out how much ETH you would have deposited in your acount, the equation would be: 2,000,000 divided by 200,000,000 = $.01
                 
                                                         Then .01 x 10000 = $100

So in the above example if all the RBIT Tokens are sold then each toke would receive a profit of $.01 (1 cent)

Ahh nice. Are the algorithms gains pretty stable or do they fluctuate based on market direction?

It is very stable actually! The algorithm is coded to where it will only make trades when the price difference between exchanges is great enough. It has to be a large enough difference to cover the fees and also profit from the trades it makes. R-Bit's founders coded it to where it has no trouble doing this. The only thing market direction changes is when we have to convert ETH to Bitcoin or another currency. The algorithm trades many currencies. Right now I think there are 8 different ones that are being used but we can add more or take some out whenever we want.

This is great information! How much testing did you complete to know the algorithm works how you wanted it to?

We did 15 weeks of solid testing that included:

1. Testing the algorithm when the market crashes
2. Testing the algorithm when the market spikes
3. Testing the algorithm with little capital used
4. Testing the algorithm with a large amount of capital used
5. Testing with different cryptocurrencies (OMG, BTC, ETH, XRP, ZRX, ETC...)
6. Testing on different exchanges
7. Testing on codes implemented to depict an error in the market price of a currency
8. Testing to see if trades would be made when the fees were above what we coded
and much more....

I guess you could say we are still testing until the ICO is finished but we quickly realized that the algorithm performs well in all of the above scenarios. We are also constantly looking to better the algorithms abilities.

Seems like you've looked at a lot of scenarios which is good, but how do you prevent losses? Like what if the algorithm makes a trade during a market crash? How can you prevent loosing the capital that is used to make the trade?

Great question! So we cant guarantee we will never take a loss because there is always a possibility that the algorithm could all of a sudden not work properly but to this day we have not taken a loss! The algorithm makes trades so quickly that the trade is done before the price has time to change. Also if the market is dropping faster than a rate we have specified and coded into the algorithm then the algorithm will stop trading until the crash has become stable. When profits are shared you wont even know the difference because it all seems to average out at about the same percentage at the end of every month.

That's impressive.. so no losses YET? lol Hopefully no losses ever but it almost sounds to good to be true. What coins are you currently trading?

and does it effect the profits made in each trade when the coins are valued more or less?

Each coin we trade yields a slightly different profit margin but most of the coins end up making around the same percentage when the monthly period is up
